There was plastic wrapping in the crab cakes and when I had them redo the entree they assured me the issue had been fixed and I get to work and reheat my leftovers and there's more plastic wrapping literally wrapped in the crab cake. Unbelievable!

We celebrated our 49th anniversary there and it was a very memorable experience. Everything was wonderful from the time we entered the restaurant. Tim seated us in a beautiful booth with the table decorated with anniversary decorations. The ambience was fantastic...candles, white tablecloths, low lighting and beautiful tableware. Our server Dayne was very helpful and attentive the whole time. The severs bringing the food and clearing the tables were great! The food was outstanding!! It is a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion!

This was one of the "special" dinners they host from time to time and it was a blast. The food and beverage pairings were spot on. Please add that Conqac sauce to the regular menu!!! This restaurant never fails to deliver. We enjoy the ambience and the great food. John was our main server and he was fantastic. Overall, we couldn't have been better taken care of. Because it was our 61st wedding anniversary, it was a special occasion and the staff surely recognized that. We will always consider Ruth's Chris to be a special place to go to for a special evening, enjoying great food and treatment.

We have been coming to Ruth’s Chris Steak House for many years for different special occasions. A year ago we were not happy with the food on our Anniversary dinner which was very unusual since we had been coming there for many years. I let them know of this in my review. I thought maybe they had changed chefs, vendors or something. The GM called me and apologized and assured me nothing had changed and sent us a gift card to use on our next visit. So this year I am happy to say that our food was delicious and we were very happy and pleased with our visit to your restaurant this year. I am positive we will be returning again.

When they are "ON" its one of the best steaks ever....issue is imho they are by far the least consistent steak house in town. prefer JD Hoyts, Capital Grill by far! Ordered b/i tender and other than the butter, it really had very little flavor. Ordered the seafood tower for appetizer and although it was KING CRAB, they were the smallest section of the leg, and only 2 of them. Manager was very good and took care of an issue we had.

Another great dinner; Ruth's never disappoints and the Rose and Filet special is a great one. We had Dave (as usual) in the bar area, along with Maddie (new to us) as our servers and as usual the service was impeccable! Even busy, the noise level int he bar area was tolerable and did not hinder our conversation and dinner.
