We arranged a private cooking class for our party of four. The experience surpassed all expectations and was a highlight of our week in the Driggs/Victor/Jackson Hole area. Great and in-depth explanations of proper preparation and cooking a variey of things we normally eat (brussel sprouts, goat cheese, bacon, elk tenderloin, trout, roasted vegetables, special glaze, herb butter, to name a few) - all was superbly done.
