Our first time staying at the Cloudveil hotel . We decided to dine at the Bistro which is situated in the hotel lobby . All I can say is that it was perfection from start to finish . We called ahead to change our reservation time as we were driving into Jackson, they were very accommodating. Food was absolutely amazing and my first comment to my wife was “ I feel like I am at a Thomas Keller “ Bouchon “ our server Erika was amazing and had great suggestions about dinner . She beautifully coursed it out for us . Food presented like a true bistro in France . Elegant yet simple , I happened to glance at the table next to us and could see them devouring their meal . Restaurant is beautiful designed with very simple and comfortable seating . Chef Elijah came out to say hello and we had a wonderful chat about his gorgeous food . Also a thank you to all the staff and kitchen staff crew for making our evening a special one . GM Mr Sam Jester was gracious and so very kind to bring over some bubbly for me and my wife as we were celebrating our anniversary week . The Bistro is a gem at the Cloudveil Hotel.

Angelica was such a wonderful addition to our meal! Managed our group of 8 flawlessly and was so accommodating!

Dave was a great server. The entire staff was awesome. Best service in town. The bison tenderloin was amazing. We liked the pork chop and tenderloin too. Save room for the cookie skillet and or smores (perfect for those influencers need a great pic). First class all around.

Obscenely incredible prime rib. I asked for a 14oz, maybe the best I ever had. Ask for Jordan's table she was Outstanding with a smile.
