The Salt Creek Steakhouse is located in the heart of the Breckenridge historic district. Since 1997 we have consistently set the standard for great steaks, mouth watering BBQ (cooked slow and low), fresh fish, poultry and vegetarian fare.
Our restaurant is one of the few quality establishments in town capable of catering in house to large groups and special events.
Our extensive, yet reasonably priced, wine list has garnered the Wine Spectator award of excellence every year since 1998.
For the finest food, superb service set in an authentic old western style ambiance the Salt Creek Steakhouse is your Breckenridge destination.

We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time.

We dined at Salt Creek for the first time while on ski trip with our adult son. The meal was wonderful and the service was fantastic. The restaurant space is tight, the wait staff worked well and seamlessly together like an orchestra. We had oysters and carpaccio for starters-absolutely amazing. Our entrees were lamb, ribeye and salad. All of which were delicious, the wine pairing for lamb and ribeye was also spot on. Thank you for wonderful evening.

Overpriced food for fair quality of food. My steak didn’t appear as if it passed by the grill more like it was broiled 🤢 and baked potato was dry. For a 60 dollar steak I was expecting a spectacular steak. Very disappointed. I travels from Texas and we have good steak places back at home, maybe my expectations were better again, for the price. In Texas a good steak at a fine restaurant is about 40 bucks

Over all the food was just OK, we ordered the filete and it was very good, my kids ordered Rib-eye and was not good at all. Quite expensive for what you are getting. Will try other places before going back
