Cliff’s Edge is a unique dining destination, located in the heart of Silver Lake on Sunset Boulevard close to Sunset Junction and has been a favorite of East-side diners since 2004. One of the best dining patios in all of LA, with tiered seating around a huge canopied tree & colorful chic cushions on banquettes & warm candlelit tables at night. The bar is a great place for a romantic dinner or to meet up with friends. The bar lighting is dim, the decor is a fun mix of antiques & great textiles and the playlist feels like your cool friend created it just for you. Service is always friendly. Benny, a managing partner, knows his way around a wine list so there will always be something delicious to recommend that won't break the bank. Menu is sophisticated and well rounded. Just a special place to dine & hang.

I came here with a friend I haven’t seen in years so we had a lot of catching up to do, and the servers were very understanding of that and didn’t rush us out. We ordered the truffle fries to share and then the ricotta pancakes and the smoked salmon dish. Everything was delicious and I would love to come back again soon. The only downside was parking, which was difficult to find nearby if you don’t want to pay for valet.

Cliffs Edge is an excellent restaurant. The four of us went there for a celebratory meal and it was the best meal that I have had in a while. We also love the setting and the ambiance. Highly recommended.

Party of two for a Sunday brunch, sat out on the patio and had a great meal and experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely go back.

I am a local, and have been coming here for 11 years, and most of the time I have been very satisfied, - the outside setting is fabulous, and the food and service are usually very good. My last visit in February 2020 was disappointing mainly because the service was so slow even though we arrived early to avoid the evening rush, and my main course was unusually disappointing. I will come here again in the hope that this was just bad luck.

Hidden Gem! This restaurant is such an unexpected delight. You feel like you are in a romantic treehouse. The twinkling lights and awesome decorate transport you to a different place...doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of LA.

Saw something crawling on our appetizer, told the waiter, he took it to the kitchen and said he couldn’t find anything.. didn’t touch it since my wife and I saw something crawling on it.

Nice place, look like a tree house. A bit load to hold a conversation. Food is good a little pricey. Overall a good place and romantic, just keep in mind it gets loud.

I’m sorry but I may not be used to fine dining but come on. We first ordered a carafe of Pinot for $40 and dozen oysters for $36. The oysters were very small and not meaty at all. The chicken liver appetizer was ok but also only four pieces. I ordered the scallops and pork belly dinner plate priced at $38 and all I received were three pieces of scallops, two overly charred pieces of pork with all mixed within a bay of veggies and sauce. My girlfriend had the squid fettuccine which was okay. So although the outdoor lighting was pretty, the actual lighting was pretty poor so I could not tell what I was eating but I could not find anymore food on the plate. This was my first and last time I will come here. After all the raving reviews from the nice space and ambiance, my expectation was high. Well after paying $250 and being seated next to the entrance doorway next to the parking lot so we had a draft, I left hungry and disappointed.
