   My husband said one of the best steaks he’s had. I had the sea bass and it was mild, delicate, and perfectly cooked with savory sauce. Caesar salad was a little dry but I could have asked for extra dressing. Drinks were priced reasonably.

   The sea bass was the best I’ve ever had and the food is very good. But…. They do crowd in the people and there were several large parties and the acoustics are not very good so it is difficult to have a conversation. They have a bar outside the restaurant but it has a bar menu that is different from the main restaurant.

   First time eating at Jack’s Place and we will certainly return. We’ve eaten at many of the nicer restaurants in the area multiple times and can’t understand why we never considered Jack’s Place before. The food, service, atmosphere and value were outstanding. While the prices weren’t cheap, actually comparing to other restaurants in the area it was less expensive, but far more importantly the food was outstanding and top quality. The service was tops as well. I wish we had eaten here sooner. But we will return over and over again.

   My onion soup was ok but the bowl held less than a cup of soup in the bowl! We both ordered the filet, my husband's 6 oz portion was an end cut which looked to be barely 3 oz and too well cooked, mine was supposedly to be med rare and was tough and dry! Both went back! Second round was a touch better but still tough!

    Excellent food and service. Somewhat pricey, but less so than comparable nearby restaurants. If you are going to eat there, give yourself some extra time to wander around the restaurant and view the caricatures of presidents, other world leaders, astronauts, etc. It is amazing!

    We have eaten at Jack's Place many times and looked forward to our special evening out for this visit. Although it was a regular Friday night there were glitches I would not have expected. First, I drink chardonnay of which there were only two choices by the glass on the menu and one was not available. The one that was was not to my liking so I had no wine to go with my sea bass, which was done to perfection and delicious. Bread never came until we asked for it when our escargot were served after a long wait. Another very long wait for the entree.I looked forward to my brussel sprouts and asparagus, however, both must have been plated long before the sea bass was ready. My asparagus was room temperature, my brussel sprouts actually had cold spots. Had the waitress come to ask how our meal was I might have been able to request warmer sides but she never came until the end of the meal. Not quite the 5 stars I would normally give Jack's Place.

    Best service the server AMA was excellent. She is knows the menu not only on food, but wine and other drinks. She suggested the crab cakes, the sea bass and an old fashion with red cherries. The food was excellent ! The service was superior and we got our caricatures done. Wow! Don’t think book this place. Jack place is awesome 5 star.

    Beautiful experience. We went here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint! Service was excellent, they even added little touches to make it special for us like a split of bubbles. Food was absolutely delicious and well-balanced. Definitely recommend

    Dina, our server, was an absolute pleasure! Place was great and would recommend, but only complaint was steak was over cooked, and the “prime” strip was the bad part of the loin unfortunately. The chicken my wife had was awesome and seas bass our friend had was great.

    My only complaint is that their liquor poor is very light for the price. I would eat here again but never order anything with liquor.. my opinion is to stay with wine or beer

    Very busy and loud. Service almost non existent. Short staffed. Ordered drinks had to ask if we were getting drinks after 30 minutes. Only half the drinks delivered. We’re not offered a glass for the beer. Asked for a glass for the second beer straight out of the dishwasher hot wet glass. Apps took nearly 1 hour. Main’s arrived steak was good but salmon dry. Raw rice and risotto was boiled white rice. The chef walk out and had to be begged to come back. Waitress was apologetic and offered dessert. Might be because of short staffing but then you need to limit the tables you accept. I heard that it was a good restaurant but our experience was bad.

    We celebrated our 47 year anniversary here . It was amazing. Our waitress Nina couldn’t have been more attentive. She and all the staff made our special day perfect. The food was awesome as well. I had the sea bass and my husband had the lamb. Spectacular!!!

    Rosen is a class act. I only wish all patrons were, too. Dina was personable server and I think she will do well. Enjoyed the non-traditional shrimp cocktail and especially the snapper Siciliane. It’s a flavorful fish and the preparation stands up to it. The selection of wines by the glass could use a review. Overall, I would return.

    It was an amazing anniversary dinner experience thanks to our server Amal she went above and beyond making our dinner and experience special, food was at level of perfection we enjoyed every bit of each course, atmosphere was exceptional perfect for our celebration. This was our first visit but it will not be the last.

    Beautiful elegant atmosphere perfect for a date or special occasion. The pesto gorganzola spread for the bread was delicious and unusual. We ordered from the Magical Dining menu. The meal and service was outstanding. Located inside a beautiful hotel. Free parking.
