    AMAZING FOOD! Wow so impressed by the presentation and the service. We booked our next dinner here again later this month under my sister to celebrate her birthday. They brought out a complimentary dessert with a photo and a personal menu with my name on it, which was A+ service. We had a server who was knowledgeable with the wines I liked and I was impressed you offered them. I believe his name was Austin. I loved his service and really appreciated his attention to detail. Food did not take long to come out. I did feel that the onion soup was too sweet for a traditional onion soup, but I still enjoyed the flavors. We had a great time with your fantastic hospitable staff and are eager to dine here soon with the rest of our family.

    This was by far the best steak we had. We were a party of 12 and every steak came out perfect with no issues and the service was amazing. the staff came by to say hello checking on us. Wendy did a great job accommodating our kids. my personal favorite was the filet, so tender and juicy I hadd it with potatoes topped with cheese and brussels sprouts. Kids loved the crispy chicken with fries. they ordered dessert and it was so delicious. 10/10 we will be back and ask for Wendy.

    The restaurant was empty for a Friday night. The food was Ok, nothing out of this world, and the service was horrible. The bread we had to ask for it because never came, water we had to keep asking for it, the steak took forever and it was over cooked. They replaced the steaks but left the sides to get cold by the time they brought the new steaks. By the time the steaks came we were already full of eating the sides. The manager came after a long time and just apologized and did nothing about it. Then offered to discount the sides, and when the check came they were still in the check. Overall horrible experience!!, didn't get to dessert because the food took so long and then the waiting time for them to fix the mistakes that we got full and could not enjoy the meal. If you stop eating for so long, you get fille up and can not eat anymore. Truly a great way to ruin our Friday.

    Bacon wrapped scallops were amazing. Steak was average and side dishes didn’t come out with food, and when they did it was wrong. Granted the manager comped the sides, but steak was cold by the time sides arrived. Service was fine but nothing exceptional. Average dining experience for premium price.

    I made a reservation for me and my husband, but when we arrived we decided to sit in the bar area. Our server, Gabby and the bartender were amazing. We were served with a smile and they took the time to talk about the menu. My husband orders Oyster Rockefeller any time it’s on the menu at a restaurant. Commonly, it comes 6 in a serving. Here only 4. He was a bit disappointed with the flavor. He loves lamb chops and ordered that entree. And again he was disappointed with the lamb chops. They were extremely small and not as tasty as two other Orlando restaurants we enjoy. My lobster tail was cooked well, but didn’t have that rich fresh flavor. The very best dish that we both enjoyed was the Gouda and Bacon Au Gratin potatoes. As we sat there enjoying the football games, we did realize there’s many local customers who enjoy this restaurant and are very familiar with the nice staff.

    We had reservations for 8:00pm & we weren’t seated until 8:45pm. The young lady that served us was not up to par. It took them one (1) HOUR to have our food at our table. We were ready to leave. Once they served the food, IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! My wife’s steak was ordered medium and came out rare. Her lobster tail was all chewey. Mt steak was ok on the edges but rare in the middle and I ordered it medium. Yes, they deducted the entrees, but, honestly they should have had it all gratis after the deplorable service and the awful food prep!!! NEVER AGAIN!! NOT A NICE WAY TO CELEBRATE ONES’S ANNIVERSARY!! HORRIBLE, AWFUL, & PUTRID!!

    It was not what I expected from a high end steak house. It was louder than a Chili’s restaurant. They clearly were overwhelmed by the crowd so food service was slow and steak quality was about Salt Grass or lower. Our waitress took good care of us but the kitchen didn’t make it easy.

    This was the first time my wife and I were out on Thanksgiving ever! We both work on Friday and we figured it would be easier to enjoy dinner out than to cook and clean and have leftovers. Very nice relaxing meal and the restaurant was full of other guests. We enjoyed every minute of it . Thanks

    My wife and I went to Mortan’s for Thanksgiving. The experience was excellent. The setting of a 50’supper club. Jessie our server was professional and very nice. She knew the menu very well. We had salads, Filet and the Wagu Filet. Definitely recommend the second. Mashed potatoes and sea scallops and for dessert Hot Chocolate Cake with ice cream. We savored that like a fine wine. The lady manager in the Blazer was doing the table visits to make sure was perfect. We will definitely ask for Jessie again.

    We had 9 people. We needed 4 separate checks bc some were not drinking, some were splitting plates, and one was a single person. We were told we could not get separate checks. So we were left to divide the ticket on our own. As if that wasn’t bad enough, it took four hours from start to finish for our dinner. Exactly 1 hour between every course. Water glasses were empty most of the time, and our server was nowhere to be seen most of the time. It was very disappointing as we were there to celebrate three birthdays. The food was phenomenal, but not good enough to make up for the poor service.

    As always, the Morton staff provided impeccable service and ambience last night. The added surprise of Stone Crab claws for our meal was extra impressive! Hats off as always to Adam and the entire staff!

    Strangely enough, I’ve had better steak at other places in Orlando. Like Eddie V’s or even Flemings has good fish they provide on the menu. I had sea bass soaked in a miso marinade and I wasn’t impressed and neither was my boyfriend with his steak. His tasted burnt on the edges even though he asked for it to be medium rare. Not a lot of flavor and not worth the price in my opinion. But good ambience and service for an anniversary. Probably won’t go back, but to each his own.

    This was our first time here so we were excited to try it. Food was great, service was okay. I think our server was actually the bartender and the bar is not visible from where we sat. She went missing for 20 minutes at a time and kind of neglected us. Our food arrived and one of the guests in our party had a steak that was purple. She ordered it medium rare. It took us 10 mins to flag someone down to see if they can cook it up a little. We asked for our server and manager came. She wasn’t very pleasant either. However she fixed it. We did see other servers very attentive to their tables so maybe we were the only unlucky ones. The bartender should not be taking tables if it is too busy or they can’t handle it. We will always give places a second chance. So hopefully next time will be different.

    We wanted to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary so we booked a reservation. We arrived to the restaurant and was seated just to be ignored, we literally had 5 different servers walk right past our table & not say a word but converse with the tables next to ours. After waiting 10 minutes or so & watching everyone else get serviced we decided to leave b/c that was supposed to be a very special occasion and for us to basically get ignored was very disappointing. We had to scramble to find some where else to eat last notice….. Basically ruined my evening! We were really looking forward to dining here, I choose this place over Christners, Ruth Chris & others. Disappointing!

    As a repeat guest, we have never been disappointed over the many years we have been dining here. Adam, the Manager, frequently stops by during your dinner to check and chat. Our waitperson, Debbie, is always the best and gives us her personal attention, no matter how many tables she has. The great service and top-quality food are the reasons we keep going back - a dining experience that is second to none!

    The food and the service was imbecile. Our server, Jessie was flawless. She ensured our dining experience was of five star quality. We also were seated in a horseshoe booth that was not only romantic but also gave us a beautiful view of the entire dining room. Expensive but worth every single dollar.

    Magical Dining Menu which wait staff obviously don’t like. We also ordered beer and wine plus an upgrade. Tried to give us entrees two minutes after receiving appetisers. They did take them away. For a supposedly high end restaurant the pace felt more fast food. Won’t return their are better places to go.

    Overall our experience was good. The dining area was Very congested, tables very close to each other and Very noisy. Our waiter was very pleasant but a little too long of a lag in time to get our main course.

    This was our first time at Morton’s and I was very impressed overall. It started off rocky as our Hostess barely showed us to our table and literally dropped the drink menus on the table and walked away. No comment, my husband and I weren’t even to the table yet and she dropped and ran. Come to find out later when our lovely waitress Debbie came by we were placed at the wrong table. Debbie was amazing and turned our experience around. She gave us wonderful suggestions and very detailed descriptions of several of the drinks and food selections. Everything we ate was delicious. Between Debbie and the food I loved this place. Later, the Hostess staff was supposed to come and take our photo for a celebration picture but they again did nothing. Debbie again was there to the rescue and took the photo herself. Not sure what is going on with the Host/Hostess staff at this restaurant but the food and Debbie’s assistance more than make up for it. We will definitely be back.

    I recently dined at this steakhouse for a birthday celebration during Magical Dining, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. To start, I tried the bacon steak, which was quite fatty and on the salty side. For my main course, I ordered the 8oz center cut filet with sour cream mashed potatoes, which sadly tasted like pre-made ones you can find at the store. The mushrooms that accompanied the dish were overly oily. For dessert, I opted for the lava cake, which had a crispy texture and wasn't overly sweet, which could be a plus or a minus depending on your taste. In terms of the overall dining experience, I found the restaurant to be just okay, as the dishes lacked the flavor and quality I was expecting. However, it's worth noting that Adolfo, our server, was outstanding, and the staff made us feel very welcome. If you're simply looking for a place to grab a drink and have a basic meal, this might be the spot for you. Also the place is really dark, the lights are so dim it's hard to read the menu.

    This was my first time at Morton’s and I honestly was not impressed with the food. I had the french onion soup which was pretty good and probably the favorite thing I ate. I had the 8 oz Filet which was just okay and I really hate to say it. It wasn’t very flavorful and the garlic green beans were drenched. The hazelnut mousse was a cute presentation and pretty good as well. The service was impeccable and our server was super sweet and attentive. Overall, it was an okay experience.
