   Just went for Mother's Day and I can say I'm so disgusted I booked here. Started off ok however the service is no service whatsoever. While we were still eating we were actually asked if we were done. Like a heard of cattle feeling to get you out. Then after that we literally sat there for 45 minutes to an hour. My daughter who drives had to be somewhere so she left. I ended up going to the front and asking if we can get help because I haven't seen the waiter and wanted to box items and get the bill. Moments later I got a guy that came with boxes and asked me how many boxes I wanted. I tired to point out I had my teenagers meals that were all the same. Wanted to see what I needed. Instead of answering he simply said "Again, how many boxes" and seemed irritated with me that I dare ask anything else. Granted this is a $300 bill. So I just said three. Boxed my overpriced food myself because sure that is what you do at a nicer place. The waiter came with the check, didn't offer anything just again seemed annoyed. Paid and left after I wrapped my own items up. Under expectations on the food, service and more. I would never go here it's the absolute worst for service and the food tastes like a mediocre food truck. Just don't unless you want to pay to be treated badly.

   Food and service were great, but the noise level will keep us from going back. Packed on a Wednesday night, the two of us had a difficult time having a conversation without shouting at each other. I could hear the conversation between two women tow tables down because THEY were shouting at each other.

   We were seated right away in a booth. Our server came by just after that to take our drinks order. Reposado offered us a varied and exciting brunch menu, or you could also order idd their lunch menu. We split an elote corn on the cob to start and it was delicious - perfectly roasted corn and tasty seasoning, cheese and cilantro mince. The drinks were well-crafted with fresh ingredients. I had the Mula Oaxiqueña, a smokey concoction of mezcal, passion fruit, lime juice, ginger beer and muddled cucumber - a twist oon the Moscow Mule, and it was quite good. We all had the same main - huevos Oaxiqueños - two fried eggs atop a corn tortilla with mole poblano, sliced avocados, bacon, black beans, queso fresco, and home fries with with a little roasted red pepper bits. I particularly liked their mole as usually I am not a big fan. We had banana cake à la mode with honey/caramel sauce for dessert and found it a delicious pairing. Another in our party enjoyed the helados/gelatos. We also enjoyed the ambience - a large, double height room with colorful, bold framed modern art on the walls, a long central bar with big screen tv’s (Spanish soccer match playing when we were there).

   So disappointed. Best things about this place were our wonderful server and the ease of finding gluten-free stuff. Worst thing? Too loud, of course. Prices were reasonable given the location. Food was made with fresh ingredients, but distinctly underwhelming. Octopus and shrimp appetizer was boring - shrimp had no delicious grilliness. My cochinita pibil made me sad. It tasted like boring shredded pork, instead of something smoky and wonderful cooked for a long time in a banana leaf with bitter oranges and achiote. It was delivered in a watery bland state. The tofu was better! The cadillac margarita was a let-down.
