   I ordered the 12 OZ Filet Mignon Medium Well, which they say on the menu is a hot pink center. I cut into it and it was a cold red center. They took it back and basically charred it to death. I believe they dipped it in butter and lit it on fire for a few minutes. The inside was then pink but the entire outside was burnt so bad, like ash, and it was inedible. I was offered a replacement meal but already waited twice and decided to just made the best of it as my wife was almost done eating. The steak was taken off the bill, which was okay. I would have preferred a better meal but I guess mistakes happen from time to time. For me it was even more unfortunate because we have lived in Mooresville for nearly 6 years and always wanted to try Epic. This was our first time there and it was our anniversary. My feelings are mixed about going there again now.

   Return visit after a visit a few months ago that had a couple of challenges (that the restaurant handled very well). Solid across the board. Outstanding service. Great menu. Food was delicious and well prepared and served piping hot. Wine recommendations were terrific. Only criticism is that bread isn't served ... and that the only bread available from the menu was sufficiently unusual that it wasn't of interest to us. Really, really solid across the board.

   As always we head to Epic Chophouse for special occasions and last night’s service and meal were no different. We had delicious food prepared well, service by Max was prompt, professional, and enjoyable as they engaged in fun conversations and the ambiance was happy as some groups were celebrating proms and were dressed in their finest. The traditional items on the menu are standards that always exceed your expectations but the specials offered are treats as well. Kudos to all involved who keep Epic Chophouse the high standard restaurant you want to always come back to.

   Logan our server was amazing. She gave suggestions for food and drink and we were very impressed with everything! The Old Fashioned was a perfect drink to start our experience. Filet medallion kabobs were cooked perfectly and the Yukon gold maxed potatoes were very flavorful. The Sea bass was also outstanding.

   This is my go to place always and have never been disappointed until last night and so much so , I’ll probably not go back. My Fish was flavorless, dry and o er cooked. ( Ive had this exact dish before so I know it’s potential) , both Caesar salads ordered at the table had almost no dressing and we waited 10 mins for our server to resurface to get more - nothing my husband ordered medium cooked steak and it was VERY rare …. Our appetizer spinach dip was barely lukewarm when brought out. Disappointing overall at best

   Was not happy with bar staff. We sat at bar with 3 bartenders in front of us and it took way to long to get service, unacceptable. Also felt insulted when I ordered Ice wine for wife, as if we didn't know what it was. Steak was also not cooked to order, however they corrected it and apologized.

    Great food and customer service. Our server Q made this dinner more of an experience than just a get together.
