Kobé is known for offering its guests a unique Teppanyaki dining experience and doing so with its very own blend of fun and flare at its 13 Central Florida locations. We provide a unique dining experience that offers an exciting and vibrant environment for guests to gather and celebrate over delicious food and drinks.

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at our teppanyaki table, please expect a short wait time with your reservation upon checking in with your complete party. We offer limited online booking availability, with communal seating, for large parties 11-20. For large parties requesting a booking outside of online availability, parties 20+, and parties requesting private tables please contact your preferred Kobé location by completing our online inquiry form at https://kobesteakhouse.com/banquets/to reserve through a manager with a banquet menu. We love coming here! Our server was terrific, and the chef was very entertaining. Food was also good and portions are huge, so you will have some for the next day as well.

Our chef Kawasaki was one of the best we have had and we have been many times. Not only was the food great but he catered to his audience which I really appreciated.

Good quality food and friendly staff. We had 5 very small children with us and the staff was very good about the seat swaps, and the bounce was that comes with littles ones.

We had Vinh Bro as our chef and he was such a fun experience for the whole table. He really, really enjoys his job and made our experience top notch. This Kobe location is actually so nice and clean. (we've been to others and not as clean or comfortable at all). We will definitely be back and hope to request Vinh Bro for our chef again!

Kobe on Dale Mabry is everything you want a hibachi experience to be! Large portions, attention to entertainment, upbeat vibe, and familiar, delicious flavors. The chefs are high energy and service is prompt. It’s not fine dining by the definition of, but it is an adventurous and delightful family atmosphere. Cocktail I had was tasty, too; the passion fruit margarita. Very salty rim, if that’s your thing. We will certainly return.
