Louisiana Lagniappe in Orange Beach, AL is a traditional Gulf seafood restaurant that serves dishes with Creole flair. The seafood & fish has all been sourced locally. Kitchen uses only the finest, freshest ingredients in its dishes. There is a full bar as well. We offer inside seating ONLY. Our restaurant overlooks the San Roc Cay Marina & Cotton Bayou.

Start with an appetizer like Lobster Rangoons, Crab Claws - Fried or Sautéed, Mardi Gras shrimp or Blackened scallops... Entrees include a range of seafood options like Fried Seafood Platter, Grouper Pecan, Bayou Grouper, Shrimp & Grits, Char-grilled Yellowfin Tuna etc. as well as hand cut Filet and Ribeye steaks.

Our dinner was delicious, as always! Our waiter, AJ, was excellent and very attentive. The gentleman who kept our glasses filled with water and removed our dirty dishes was so nice and respectful. Looking forward to our next visit next summer!

We are visiting the area and made a reservation based on looking at the online menu. Our overall experience was fantastic!! The wait staff was excellent and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!!

Dear Jeff, My sincere apology for your subpar experience on 06/13/2025. We have been offering grouper as our main fish option on our menu since 1999. It is true our menu doesn't have a variety of fish options, but our grouper (and tuna) always comes fresh (on ice) and is cut to portions daily by our chefs. We never use frozen fish. All of our sauces (hollandaise, meuniere, bearnaise and burre blanc) are also made daily from scratch. All of those are traditional French sauces commonly used in Cajun cuisine. If you decide to give us another chance, we will do our absolute best to change your mind about the quality of our grouper and our delicious sauces. Thank you for your visit & your review. Excellent food and service. Management paid attention to needs for hearing impaired diner for quiet area. Celebrated anniversary and received a complimentary dessert. Everything about the dinner was perfect.

Our experience at Louisiana Laginappe was fabulous as it usually is. Laura was fantastic. We make a point to dine there every time we are in Orange Beach!

My girl and I had the best experience at Louisiana Lagniappe. The food was amazing; we had the "Bayou Grouper", and the "Seafood Lagniappe", which were equally awesome. Both dishes come with a diner salad, hushpuppies (6), and the most delicious twice baked potato I have ever had. The service was fantastic, and everyone we were in contact with were so nice, and eager to accommodate, with the most cheerful attitudes; thank you Lyndsey! We made our reservations on the day of, using the "Open Table App", promptly at 5pm (when the restaurant opens), but the earliest available table wasn't till 8:30. So, maybe shouldn't wait till the last minute ;)

Somehow, we have missed this wonderful restaurant in all the years we have been coming to the Gulf. We made a reservation and was seated within 10 minutes of that time. The staff was friendly and kept our drinks full all throughout dinner. They have a gluten-free menu which was nice to see! I could have sorted through the whole menu to find my selections but it was easier with the GF menu. The salads were delicious, they entrées were wonderful, and it was just a really, really nice meal. We will return!!
