I ordered the prime rib sandwich. What I received was something like fatty Italian beef on a hard roll. Almost ineatable. Worst meal I've had in many years.

This was my first time at Park Grill and prior to the visit, I assumed there would be standard American Bar food, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality and class of the food. There was something for all of us in my party, child included. The wait service was great. I will come again, and add ice skating to the mix!

The Park Grill has been a favorite restaurant since its opening more than 10 years ago. I think the food is fine, nothing special, but fine, but the ambiance is suffering as it appears that no money has been invested in the restaurant since its opening. I get that the restaurant’s location in Millennium Park gives it a good flow of business, but it also seems that it is missing out on something as at 8PM on a Friday it was pretty quiet. The unique location doesn’t make up for the downtrodden ambiance.

This restaurant is a solid 4.5. You can watch the ice skaters on the rink while you eat. The acoustics are excellent - even though the restaurant was full we could easily have a conversation at a normal volume level.

We feared it would be geared more towards tourists with less emphasis on quality. But, in fact, the food (steak frites and a salad) was great (the salad in particular was unusual and very good), the service was excellent, the restaurant was not loud, and the view of the ice rink and skaters was very nice. We will come back.

We've been here a handful of times over the last couple of months- everything has always been delicious! service, has always been great! Can not beat the location. Prices are fair, given location. We will continue to comeback- We have no reason not to!

Celebrating 60 years of friendship the restaurant was lovely. Our waitress Dana gave us all the time of in the world and did a great job taking care of us. Food was great and we got to watch the skaters outside. A lovely restaurant that is well appointed. We went for lunch. I would imagine it would be a little noisier for dinner. We will return.

Service wasn’t great, however our water glasses were always filled, so the busser did amazing. Food was only okay. Pretty disappointed all ariundSalad and soup that was ordered came out with the meal. When making the reservation, it was noted that it was my daughter’s birthday. Not one person at the restaurant acknowledged her birthday. Needless to say, it wasn’t a great experience and we will not be back.

We had reservations yet we got stuck at one of the cocktail tables right by the door. The hostess said it was the only table they had available, so we really had no choice, but I'm not sure why with reservations we were put at a last choice table. The service was good but the food was mediocre.

The drinks and appetizers are terrific, and the burgers and sandwiches are dependably good. The other main dishes are hit or miss. My seafood enchiladas were over-salted, almost inedible. They appeared to be understaffed on Christmas Eve; service was quite slow.

Every year mom and I have come to chicago at least once and each time we come to Park Grill. The last time and this time where mediocre. Moms hamburger was soggy and my sandwich was fair. She could only finish half her burger so we traded halfway. Being Christmas Eve I understand that they were busy as a former server I understand that’s it’s not the servers fault for not having enough staff. We will not be back

We usually have a good experience at the Park Grill. It is beautiful at Christmas time with the skating rink in front. Only disappointment was our dessert was burnt badly 🙁

The order was taken pretty quickly, and the appetizers came pretty quickly, but 3 minutes after the appetizers arrived they delivered the entrees. There was not enough time between courses. After dinner it took a very long time to get the check. If logistics and timing could be worked out it would be a better experience
