Absolutely fabulous service from the team at Salut! Food from a new summer menu - marvellous. Accompanying wines were far too nice. Must return soon.

The food was all excellent with the generous-sized portions of tapas meaning the meal was also excellent value. The service was prompt, helpful and friendly while the area outside the arches was a lovely space to eat and chat in.

My friend and I always come to this restaurant when we meet in Waterloo. Lovely, friendly staff, great ambience, and good food and wine. Definitely recommend.

Wines were universally dreadful. 3out of 4 white wines were not available. The tapas was highly variable since we were the only people in the restaurant. The tortilla was burnt. The prawns and mushrooms were ok. The paella was very mean and 98% rice: two small pieces of chicken in the chicken and two small pieces of octopus and on prawn in the seafood. We will not be going back.

I booked this venue online as it looked good and was in a location that suited our group. From the moment we entered the staff were friendly, considerate and engaging. There was a splendid selection of tapas plates and we all thoroughly enjoyed our evening. I would strongly recommend this venue to anyone.
