   Customer service wasn’t good for a 5 star hotel, staff not very attentive. Over rated for the price.

   Επισκεφθήκαμε το High Note Sky Bar για ένα χαλαρό ποτό με θέα προς την Πέστη και τη Βούδα. Η ατμόσφαιρα, η θέα και τα κοκτέιλ που επιλέξαμε ήταν εξαιρετικά, ενώ οι τιμές τους ήταν λογικές, δεδομένης της συνολικής εμπειρίας. Θα πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα το Blossom & Bubbles ως μια πιο γλυκιά επιλογή, καθώς και – από τα κοκτέιλ – το Frank Sinatra ή το Amy Winehouse για κάτι πιο ισορροπημένο. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό, και δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα.

   Food, service and atmosphere were outstanding. Cocktails are extremely small pours and quite watered down. My gin martini was -50ml and I’m guessing there were 10ml of gin. This aspect was quite disappointing.

However, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the size and quality of our cocktails. As a cocktail bar, we focus on the quality and presentation of our drinks. Our Gin Martini is prepared with 50ml of Gin and 10ml of Dry Vermouth, unless otherwise requested by the guest, and we are always happy to adjust the recipe based on individual tastes. We take all guest feedback seriously, and we will look into this matter to ensure that the consistency of our drinks meets the high standards we aim for.    Wonderful experience and best views of the city. Excellent service and food. Largest menu of drinks we have ever seen. Pricey but well worth it.

   The ambiance at the High Note Sky Bar was wonderful, and the wine was absolutely delicious. From the moment we arrived to the time we paid, the service was consistently good—attentive and professional. The view was simply breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of the experience. The only thing I would have wished for was a better selection of seating options. Overall, a great place to enjoy a special evening in Budapest

   We didn’t have the food here, we came for the cocktails and the view- neither disappointed. The service was fantastic, what a lovely team. The cocktails - we had the signature music based ones were very very good. Top quality cocktails.

   Beautiful location with a stunning backdrop of the clock and rooftop of St Stevens Basillica. Must visit! Attentive staff, and an inventive cocktail menu. The food menu was relatively small, although the selection was very balanced. Would’ve been nice to see another vegetarian main, however the dishes we ordered were perfect. Cooked very well, plated stunningly. Overall a great experience, and we are looking to visit again this week because we enjoyed it so much. Thank you to all at High Note for a lovely evening!

   The setting is undeniably beautiful, but unfortunately, the service was terrible. We waited a long time before anyone came to take our drink order—and that only happened after I started walking toward the bar. While the drinks and olives arrived quickly and were enjoyable, some of the olives were mouldy. The rest of our food didn’t arrive until after we’d asked for the bill, which we were also left waiting a very long time for. There is both a food service charge and a drinks service charge, neither of which felt justified given the overall experience. A disappointing visit, despite the lovely setting.

On the day of your visit, we had nearly 500 guests, which unfortunately put unexpected strain on our operations. However, we recognize that this should not affect the quality of service you receive. To improve, we are implementing staff time management training to ensure smoother service, even during peak times.     It was very nice place with a spectacular view indoors and outdoor I think that was a little bit expensive
