    We've been twice in a month The food is great. The service is great. All the people are top notch. It's just too darned noisy! There were five of us and we could not hear each other speak because of the noise. I didn't like the option of reviewing it as "energetic." I'd consider the noise chaotic and extreme. I'm not sure we will be back -- as good as it is - because we like to have a conversation over a meal.

    Excellent experience from the moment we entered the restaurant. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff. Many people attend to you will wrap around service. Frim our hostess raving about their signature Candied bacon with Peanut Butter dip to Josh our waiter recommending a cocktail when asked his preference to another appetizer, his 2 favorite mains, and dessert! We choice his recommendations and were NOT disappointed! We felt very welcome even the manager seung by our table to ask how we were enjoying our dinners. We never felt rushed. We also received a $25 gift card fir another visit at certain BHGs. We went to Malones in Louisville the very next day snd had the very same experience!

    The wait staff is some of the best I have experienced in a long time when I am in Lexington this is where I want to go. The drinks are outstanding create fun and most importantly delicious. The menu again outstanding lots of fan favorites but also so many great variations certainly will have a great choice no matter what you are in the in the mood for. And the bourbon selection well I believe it is more than you could ever imagine I was told how many and I blown away!! This has quickly become a favorite of mine. I so wish they had an OBC in Nashville. Truly a one of a kind experience. The ambiance is great not real formal (white table cloth tables) but very inviting!

    Superb food. Outstanding service. Noisy! Dressed down clientele. Intrusive televisions. We waited 1 and 1/2 hours for our entrees which were then graciously not billed to our check.

    I don't think today could have been more perfect. First Ava at the desk greeted us. Usually this is a minor thing, but today, today was different. This was mine and my families first time visiting and Ava did t just do the usual "what's your name and do you have a reservation" she actually asked how I was doing asked my family how they were doing, then took the reservation and seated us. Now, that might not seem like a lot, but it was a step she took to be more than a hostess. She smiled like she wanted to be there. Then we had Trevor for a waiter. My goodness, perfection. A glass of soda never reached the bottom before another was shortly on the table.y dad has Alzheimer's + it was mine and my families first time there. Trevor was patient, Trevor answered my dad's many questions and even took the time to show him pictures of what the food would look like making his decisions very easy. He gave my mother a top 5 bet off the entree list that made her decision easy. Lastly, he made excellent appetizer and dinner suggestions that will make us repeat customers. If excellence was in tonight dinner dictionary Ava, Trevor, and the cooks would be there beside the definition because this Fathers Day dinner was nothing short of excellent and amazing. Thank you to both Ava and Trevor for making my families experience what it was tonight. It was everything I hoped for and more.

    Bacon on a glass, French Toast, Steak and Eggs. Perfect Father's Day brunch - not so formal but delicious food and impeccable service.

    As always, the food was wonderful. However, the server made the dining experience poor. He would disappear and did not offer refills on drinks. When he asked if we needed anything, I asked for a coffee refill arm more water. He brought a carafe with only a small amount of coffee left. He disappeared again for what I thought was grabbing another pot of coffee, but he returned to the table without coffee and had to be asked again for coffee refills. He never did bring another bottle of water for other people at the table. We dine at OBC often and have always had wonderful service and food, but today was a disappointment.
