    We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Craft 31! The staff were very kind and accommodating. We first tried to come in as a party of 2 with no reservations and were told we’d have a wait of about 45 minutes which was a bit too long for us, but we vowed to come again with reservations the following night! We came back with reservations the following evening and we were seated promptly! We ordered a flight of beers, the pretzels and beer cheese, and the swine and dine pizza. All of the food and drinks were incredible! We intend to come back to Williamsburg just to re-visit this place! Can’t recommend this food spot more, but highly recommend a reservation (even for a table of 2).

    We always enjoy dining here. The food is awesome as is the wait staff. The noise level is pretty bad though and you have to shout to be heard across the table. I think this is a consistent thing with them. Well worth having to talk a little louder to enjoy the food at this establishment. We are locals and we do eat here often. Our waiter Allen was amazing! Always checking on us if we need anything and giving us updates on food and beverages. They were slammed but he kept us at ease.

    Normally we order the Greek pizza which is some of the best around. Tonight unfortunately the crust was soggy, too many black olives, very little Feta cheese. Manager came over and offered to make it right. We just wanted them to be aware.

    Our service was excellent. Mason was very attentive and polite. Everyone’s food was really good. They give you plenty of food. Large selection of craft beers to choose from. Definitely recommend.

    Those that got pizza loved it. The burgers are exceptional. My craft beer didn’t get delivered. The waitress was not anywhere. Just when I was going in search for her, the hostess brought me a beer saying that mine had been sitting there so she had it dumped and a new one drawn. Since this was a local craft beer that I never tried before, I had no idea until I got the bill that I didn’t even receive the correct beer. They did take it off the bill once that was discovered.
