Restaurant was closed and no longer in business when we arrived. OpenTable should have passed that along to us.

The food was good for the most part. The fish and chips could have been seasoned better. They sat us by the side door which had a good breeze coming in from the cold rainy day every time someone opened it. They had plenty of space to seat away from the door but chose that spot.

The food was just, “ok.” We had the lettuce wraps, which were good. Both of our prime rib, which was requested to be prepared, “rare,” was medium well, and expediter was not very friendly at all. Arnie Palmer was terrible, and they were out of half their menu. Our server was nice! Important note - evidently they fry macadamia nuts in their fryer oil, so if you have a nut allergy you probably can’t eat many of their menu items. Between my nut allergy and their, “out of stock,” items I was finally able to land on a menu item I could eat.

They were so backed up/short staffed, after over an hour with 2 small kids we ended having to leave. They kept saying 15 more minutes, and then kept pushing. Never got our food, or even bread/chips/anything for the kids.

Had to wait over an hour for appetizers. There was not alot of people there either. I was disappointed in the taste of the foods. The manager was awesome and accommodating.

Mother’s Day Brunch was a very poor experience. They definitely were not prepared for their unlimited brunch menu. Took over an hour to get food and when you wanted more food you didn’t want anymore because it took too long.

Went for mother's Day brunch buffet. It wasn't a buffet, they just called it that and would bring for to the table. That brought 3 pieces of bacon, 2 sausages and some eggs and watermelon. We asked for more and 45 minutes later it arrived. The $50 buffet didn't include beverages. This was a meal I would expect from waffle House. Pure gouging because it's Mother's Day, and worse yet they couldn't even deliver on the meal. Kona is basically an overpriced Applebee's,

Food was cold. Strange mix of items on the Easter brunch. Definitely not worth $50 a person. Also would have been nice to know coffee and sodas were additional. Very disappointing.
