   We recently had the pleasure of dining at Brasão Brazilian Steakhouse, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm ambiance that perfectly sets the stage for an exciting dining adventure. Although the restaurant was bustling with guests, we found a quieter spot at the back, which added to our comfort. One of the highlights of our visit was the impressive salad bar. It was filled with fresh, vibrant ingredients that were both tasty and plentiful. We loved the variety and could easily have made a meal just from the salad! Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—the meat! Each cut was incredibly tender and bursting with flavor. I found myself wishing for more room to indulge in all the delicious offerings. The shrimp were also a delightful surprise, adding an extra layer of taste to our meal. And the sweet, juicy pineapple and maduros bananas were perfect palate cleansers between different meats. The service was exceptional! The waitstaff was attentive, ensuring we had clean plates and that our table was free of any drips and crumbs. I was especially charmed by the small details, like having a purse and coat holder right next to our table and the staff going the extra mile by pushing in our chairs. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful service. However, I did have a couple of concerns worth mentioning. The flooring was a bit slippery, and I noticed my family and I had to be extra careful while walking around. This could pose a safety risk for guests. Additionally, while the staff was generally accommodating, there was some inconsistency in their knowledge regarding service animals. Although the supervisor promptly addressed my concern, I believe it’s important for all staff members to be familiar with these protocols to avoid any potential issues in the future. Overall, despite these minor hiccups, we left feeling satisfied and happy. The delicious food & attentive service, a place I would gladly recommend.

   Amazing restaurant with staff that really cared, and food, both from the salad bar and the meats from the wandering servers, that lived up to the restaurant’s name.

   This is my favorite Brazilian steakhouse in San Antonio! From the salad bar to the main course and the pineapple just melts in your mouth!

   Everything felt rushed! From the waiter, slamming down my plate to my family being skipped on meats, even though we had the green card up, but yet they went to different tables around us. Even when they did come to the table, I had four people at my table and they would only ask one or two of us if we wanted a certain meat and then they would rush to the next table. It just felt like everyone was in a hurry.

   Outstanding Anniversary Experience – Above and Beyond Service! We celebrated our anniversary at Brasão Brazilian Steakhouse and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Every team member was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind—consistently checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. The service was seamless and elevated the entire evening. It’s rare to encounter such consistent and thoughtful hospitality, and it made our celebration truly memorable. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

   Excellent as always. Best buy when it comes to prime cuts of meat. For ~$60 you can eat as much as you want. A normal steakhouse would run you ~$45+ for a single filet mignon. Here they'll give you as many as you want, of varying doneness, plus a huge variety of other cuts and even other meats. Definitely a wonderful place to go for events, birthdays, or even a date!

    We returned to celebrate our teenage son's birthday. It is always a great time with very attentive staff who meet every need and request. You definitely pay for the experience but we had a great time and see ourselves returning when our budget and event we are celebrating align.
