Food is always delicious but we definitely keep coming back to the I-10 location for the service.

We always come here to celebrate birthdays but yesterday was not the kind of service we were hoping fir. We even told our waiter if it is busy since its Fathers Day and he said not really right away. I told the waiter when asked if we have requests and told him our requests. One did came but not the other one. We decided to just not wait for it but just watching them attend to the big group and they all love talking and helping this one table because i think they all knew the person or maybe their boss. We waited a long time until finally one came by and asked if we need fresh mashed potatoes. Waited again until I raised my hand for attention. You know a good service when you do not have to raise your hand for service. Our meal is not cheap and we tip really good but very disappointed. be sure your service the $$$ you charge.

A wonderful experience overall. The service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and we were constantly checked on to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of perfectly cooked meats and a well-stocked salad bar. The only downsides were being charged per bottle for water—we drink a lot of water and would have preferred the option of complimentary tap water (we did ask)- and the military discount only applying to one person in our group, even though others were eligible. It would have been nice to see more flexibility in both areas. Still, we had a great time celebrating Father’s Day and we appreciated the quality of the meal and service.

Authentic and excellent taste of a perfect variety of favorites. Does not disappoint. Service also above. Our first visit here. We will be back.

We had to ask for certain items to be served; they kept coming with same three meat options . Sides were a one and done. They never came back after potatoes and polenta.

Second time going only because the first was bad and we wanted to try again. This time there were 4 of us and while the other 3 were already done with salads and eating the meats I was still on my salad but after that I sat 10 min without even given a new plate and was offered meat 3 times 2 of which were the same one meat I said no to. They advertised the wagu but none was available ( we know it was extra cost) so I had shrimp and salad and pineapple and bacon Only protein offered to me was the shrimp I said yes to and the meat with cheese that I said no to 2 times. So in other words I paid over 70.00 for very little food ( out ticket was $314 and change) I’d rather go to Chama Gaucha but my son loves the shrimp and pineapple and the salad bar is bigger at your restaurant. We will not be visiting again. Service was terrible

Have come here a few times always a bad experience and always had someone spill something on me or my purse. This time not was spilt on me they server was good and kept our drinks filled. My friend said when he asked one of the servers something they rolled their eyes and appeared annoyed but other then that service was significantly better then MY past experiences. Glad I gave it another chance.
