   For 6 people, we spent $441 on food. That is absolutely absurd for the quality of Italian food. It’s not a bad restaurant but I view it as a carabba’s level of Italian restaurant and I’ve never paid that much. My plate was only $23 too. Also we asked for bread which took over 20 minutes to receive after being told it was in the oven. When we received it, it was stale warm bread. Definitely not fresh. Overall experience, not going back.

   a night out with the neighbors. I think the service we received and the fact that it is quiet enough in their dining room to have a conversation were the two best factors.

    Our friends were unable to join us, but we kept the reservation (reduced to only the two of us) and thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Marvino’s Italian Steakhouse. From courteous & professional welcome greetings in the parking lot, lobby area the hostess station, and at our table, to the excellent menu, food tastes, beverage choices, architecture/decor, music choices & sound quality, to the overwhelmingly attentive service, we thoroughly enjoyed this exceptional culinary experience!

    Had the worst service tonight. Dinner for 2 was 200.00 and then they had the nerve to put a mandatory 20% tip. drink order took 30 min, appetizer took another 30 min to get, food was delivered while eating our apps. then took 30 minutes to get a check. 2 hours and only saw our waiter twice. At every turn in our meal we had to get the floor manager to get our food and check. Absolutely horrible for a $250 meal.

    Ordered from a fixed valentine menu. Ordered 2 4 oz fillets was served with one 8 ounce fillet. Not my order, but did bring it to attention of management. Management tried to correct mistake but fillets served the second time were cooked rare instead of medium. Management did comp basically the cost of two wines in order to try to make things right. However, this type of mistake should not occur at this type of restaurant. Left me thinking they probably gave my order to someone else by mistake.

    On Valentine's day, my wife, infant son, and I visited Marvino's for lunch. We requested a booth, but the manager (or owner) seemed annoyed and instructed the hostess to seat us at a table because the stroller would be an obstacle for the servers. While I understood, his tone was off-putting, and unfortunately, our experience went downhill from there. The food was average; the lamb chops were unremarkable, and my wife's risotto was undercooked to the point of crunchiness. We were served bread only once, and it was accompanied by butter, which we found disappointing for an authentic Italian restaurant. We have had better Italian food at Olive Garden. Adding insult to injury, the restaurant decided to play a series of sappy love songs from the 60s to 80s since it was Valentine's day. The server was polite but not very attentive, despite the restaurant not being very busy. We waited 15 minutes for our dessert, and when it arrived, we had to ask for it to be packaged for takeaway since we had run out of time. When I went to pay the bill, I noticed the server was idle and had to inform him that we needed to leave. Although I tipped, I was already annoyed by then. The cheap menu setting and the manager's attitude towards us should have been an indication for us to leave before we even sat down. I learned my lesson and will not be returning to Marvino's. At best, it is an overpriced Olive Garden.

    This was the worst dining experience EVER! On Feb 11, 2023 I hosted a group here for my brother’s birthday dinner. We waited for a table for an hour after having made a reservation. This was not the real issue, because the hostess informed us of the wait time and was cordial. The problem was everything else once we sat down. The waitress hardly spoke English and she acted as if she understood the order but didn’t. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks and another hour to get our food. Three out of eight meals had to be sent back due to the orders being incorrect. Someone ordered a lamb well-done and it came freezing cold on the inside. One of us had a seafood allergy and asked if shrimp be put on a separate dish, but it came out with the other food. Then the waitress took it to the kitchen and the staff scraped the shrimp off the plate and brought back the same meal. The other meals were lukewarm. Drinks were watered down. It was horrible. The manager never came over to our table to apologize or address us. When we were leaving, I went to speak with him and pointed out how unacceptable this was and asked if he would have gone to the other tables with Caucasian guests to apologize and he admitted he would have depending on the situation. Because we were Black we didn’t deserve the same courtesy. Ok so we then are leaving and a random waitress bumps a young lady in our party and then makes a big scene when asked to say excuse me. She called two of us the B word (female dogs). Don’t eat here, especially if you are African American.

    My wife and I arrived at 6:15pm. We saw our waiter three times while the table next to us, with a larger party, got his full attention. We saw him more at the table next us than at our table. The food took extremely too long. The food was average and luke warm. We left at 7:50. It was just too long of a wait for lasagna and salmon. Will not go there again.

    Nice restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Food is ok. Service was very bad. Nice people, but poor communication. Food took more than 1 hr to arrive. No one came by to let us know what was going on. Not worth returning.

    Food was great but we waited quite awhile before we even got our drinks. Once we got our drinks it was a bit before our order was taken. We brought some friends who have never been here so was hoping for better service. However food was awesome as always and we will still go back.

    Everything was wonderful from being treated to sitting down and ordering our food. The waiter was so personable and answered any questions we had. The crab cake was the best we ever had. The lobster bisque was delicious and had nice chunks of lobster in it. I had the Margherita pizza which was enough for 2 pizza. It was so delicious. Mom had veal piccata which she said was delicious but not made like she’s used to. She’s used to a lemon butter sauce and she said there was none of that but she did enjoy it. My husband has the chicken parm and he enjoyed it. My daughter had a cheese pizza so she loved it. All on all we had a lovely dinner and everything was wonderful

    We enjoyed our meals and our waiter Adam was great. Only complaint is that the salads (house & Cesar) came With too much dressing. Made the lettuce soggy. But will still come back.

    Worst experience I’ve ever had. Jesus was our first waiter who screwed up our entire order and made our entire night miserable. The manager never apologized and we never got our meal comped even though our night was ruined by Jesus. I’ll never step foot back into Marvinos

    Marvinos is one of our go to spots for date night. Food, drinks and service are always on point. Never too crowded or too loud. Great selection of food and drinks. Always a great dinner.

    This restaurant has great ambiance. Very good drinks. Their bread and butter was delicious and likely all made in house. I had the filet mignon and it was over cooked but was still good. My husband had the rack of lamb and he said it was good. The pizza my daughter had looked good. For the four of us we walked out at over $250 and my husband and I had 3 alcohol drinks each. So with tip it was over $300. I would say for that amount of money I’ve been to better places but I’d go back…probably without the kids just because we don’t care to spend that kind of money on food for the kids.

    So was aware of the time it takes from ordering to getting served ..with that being said I understand some restaurants have staff issues ..so be prepared for a 2 hour dinner ..when the food did come out all was great …this is not a cheap place so be prepared to shell out ..all and all the waiter and staff were great..will be back
