The food was fantastic. I had the Halibut special which was prepared perfectly. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Our experience was fabulous. The pace with which drinks, apps, and dinner came out was perfect. Our waiter allowed us to not rush, have great conversation, and enjoy the food and beverages that were out without being rushed from course to course. The restaurant was a bit loud but everyone was inside due to the weather. There is a great vibe inside and outside. Our waiter was amazing. He knew the specials by heart. He told us what his favorite dishes were and made recommendations. He allowed us to take the sangria before getting a glass. I was all around PERFECT and worth the price.

I was excited to meet with some ladies who I hadn’t been able to catch up with for a while. Made a reservation for 4:30 ahead of time. We were given their “happy hour” menu and ordered some drinks and small plates. The server said we had 10 mins remaining with that menu but took the menus before then. I ordered a sandwich from that menu but couldn’t remember what came on it and I couldn’t reference it since she took the menu. I asked what comes on it. She said “Buffalo chicken”. I said “Yes, but is there any bleu cheese crumbles or anything?” She hastily said “Just chicken and cheese.” I felt very rushed and like we were inconveniencing her from the beginning. Then I see her later having an interaction with the manager saying “I asked them to pay but they aren’t ready.” Soon after she came over and told us that it was busy so we had to wrap it up after 2 hours. Overall, I wasn’t pleased that day. I’ve been quite a bit but this day was not the best.

When we walked in, we were being pushed to sit outside even when we had reserved to be sat in the lounge. Our server was nice but was in a rush for everything, not once did she ask us if we needed anything or if everything came out ok. We had to ask her what was for dessert and she seemed to be annoyed by it. We were so close to the table next to us, every time someone from that table would get up, they would bump right into us while eating. We love Viron Rondo’s and will continue to go back but maybe not for Father’s Day anymore.

The food was decent, but the atmosphere is fairly loud. It’s hard to have conversation across the table due to that.

The eggplant parm was great! all the food was wonderful and the server, Elana was very attentive and professional. It was a great Fathers day!

Service was good - would have been better if we had less individuals tending to our table or if they were in communication with one another. Seemed as though several steps were double touched. Appetizer came out quickly and was good. Main courses took quite a while to come. 2 dishes arrived first and then the final 2 arrived 10 minutes after. Food was good but not to the level it typically is.

I have been here many times. Made a reservation for outside seating…checked in was never told I needed to go to an outside host as it was never advised when I checked in my for reservations… was seated inside when asked while being seated was told “oh you need to check in outside for that if you want to sit outside” while already checking in 20 minutes earlier and not being advised and waiting all that time. That should have been the first sign. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Waited 40 minutes after that for waitress to come back and take our order of which the waiter was about to give us our check when they realized we never got to order. While the food was good, the service was not. When asked to get remaining food to go in our appetizer half of it was missing. You come for the ambience and service expected to sit outside to enjoy the warmth of the day and you get seated next to the servers station where everyone walks buy to be seated…
