   We have the perfect table so we’re looking for the pool. I had the two eggs of your choice meal. The potatoes were a little salty. Also the ceviche which didn’t have much flavor. My friend had the chicken sandwich. She said that was really good so we’re definitely be going back. Can’t beat that you.

   Rachel was our server and was very attentive and friendly. The runners and support staff were also on the ball. I love the vibes here and it has been my 3rd visit in just over a week.

   Here’s a Yelp review you can post about your experience at Pelican Hill Coliseum Pool: ⸻ We love Pelican Hill and have had some wonderful experiences here before, but this visit to the Coliseum Pool was disappointing. The service, especially from our waitress, was just off. She barely checked on us, didn’t ask if we needed anything, and we constantly had to flag someone down for basic requests. For a place known for its high-end service and beautiful setting, this was definitely not up to the standard we’ve come to expect. unfortunately, the service really impacted the experience this time. Hopefully just an off day, but for the premium prices, consistency is important.

   The food and service was just average. I was expecting a lot better food and service concerning the high price we paid for food & gratuity! We will not return again.

   I thought the Easter buffet was very limited with no seafood, no meat, very few items on the charcuterie table, no dessert table and no glass of champagne included. For $350 for two people we just had a normal breakfast with two mimosas.

   The low rating is for the Easter event. It was not well coordinated. The Easter egg hunt started at 1pm. Easter lunch started at 12:15pm. You would think the kids can go hunt for eggs and come back to finish lunch. But nope they don’t allow that so we could not finish lunch. And the egg hunt was literally 1 minute. Not enough time enjoy anything at $95pp.

    Service was terrible, we had to ask several times for water… forgot to bring a wine menu, checked on us two or three times over a several hour period and charged a 25% automatic gratuity
