   This is one of my favorite places in Folsom. Our server was excellent, and the food is consistently good. It is on the noisy side.

   The Louie Salad was mediocre at best. Not worth the price. Bland and flavorless. Our server was great!

   Love going to Scott’s in Folsom. Never disappointed. Excellenr food service in a friendly environment highly recommend it!

   Our service was outstanding and the food was overall very good. I almost always order the cioppino and most of the time pay for the 'lazy cioppino' upgrade so I don't need to crack the crab. But one of my nitpicks is when I find more than one shell fish that are unopened in my entree. And this time there were two. Because there isn't an abundance of mussels or clams, as was the case this time...this left me with one or two edible mussels. Otherwise, the cioppino was very good and tasty.

   Food and service was very good. Had clam chowder and wedge salad. Husband had fish and chips. All 3 foods items were really good. The Chardonnay wine selection by the glass is extremely poor. The wine selection doesn’t match with the quality of food we had. They might as well have poured a glass of grape juice with a splash of ethanol, step it up Scott’s…

   Decided to visit for our 1 year anniversary. Staff was nice, and very pleasant. The best thing we ordered was the honey walnut shrimp starter. Our other starters and entrees included the calamari, the Boston clam chowder, the macadamia crusted Alaskan halibut, & the pan seared day boat scallops. They were plated very nicely and looked delicious, but the flavor was bland. We were disappointed with the food, the service and mocktail were great.

   Our waiter was very condescending and rude. Food took an extremely long time to come out. It was a Monday night and the restaurant wasn’t even half full. Bummer of a birthday celebration for two of us.

    We went here on Good Friday hoping to enjoy good fish and chips. It was very disappointing. I can't understand how a seafood restaurant of this caliber cannot batter and fry fresh fish. The fish was more batter than fish and the fish itself was not cooked. It was translucent. I had a shrimp cocktail. That was excellent but they failed as far as fish and chips goes. It was served in a basket and the french fries were on the bottom of the fish so after you picked the fish out the french fries were all soggy with the fat from the fish. The coleslaw was perfect but the meal itself was very disappointing. Our server was so nice and kind but it was not her fault. I guess the best fish restaurant in town is not the place to eat fish and chips. All the other dishes coming out of the kitchen looked good. such a shame.
