    Legal Seafood is not what it was. The portions, presentation and creativity have gone downhill, while the prices are outrageous! The only menu worth ordering from is the kids menu, which is for kids under 12 and has a full meal for $10! There was a new creative item, I believe were called "Seacones", a cone of puff pastry filled with lobster salad. Creative idea, but there was way too much celery in the lobster salad and secondly, the presentation was off, as it was simply served in a water goblet, that was too large a vessel.

    I have been at the Framingham Legal Seafood restaurant many times and have always enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. Yesterday's experience was very disappointing. My son and I had ordered the grilled salmon with the pineapple salsa and chipotle lime rub. I had told my son how exceptional that dish was when I had it previously. Yesterday his salmon came with the rub or salsa and mine came with the rub. Very dissatisfied with our meal Also I again had problems using the rewards in my account. That happened to me previously. Legal Seafood needs to work on their rewards program so this not happen to others.

    The food was delicious as always. Amazing warm lobster roll and a seafood casserole. Service was extremely lacking. We had to send for our waiter 3 times for drink refills and dessert

    Legal Seafoods is one of our favorite seafood restaurants in the Boston area. The Framingham location is a favorite spot and the food and service are usually excellent. We started with a martini and mai tai which were very good. We both had a bowl of clam chowder which was excellent. Their fresh, crispy rolls are the best. For entrees we both had the hot buttered lobster rolls with sweet corn, french fries and onion strings. The french fries came out on the cool side and the onion strings weren’t great. The server was busy and we didn’t want to send the sides back. The server gave us very good service overall. We look forward to our next time here. Their Legal Net Rewards program is a very good deal and gives you rewards for your meal purchase.

    The six of us enjoyed our lunch and sorry to see it closing for remodeling but we'll be back once it reopens.

    My husband and I went there for a date night, and the experience was great! We started with the shellfish tower, followed by the clam pasta for dinner, and ended with a few bites of delicious bonbons. Everything was so good — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A perfect spot for a night out!

    overall a great experience! loved the food, not so much the price but that was expected. i didn’t know they had an alcohol tax so i got charged $10 tax for one drink but that is quite literally the only small problem we had during our time there!

    Unfortunately the fish sandwich was the worse I ever had. Very unusual as I always really like their food having eaten there on many, many occasions.
