Mazzola's opened in 1970 and has long been a Steamboat tradition. We offer a from-scratch kitchen, only the highest quality all-natural ingredients, an extensive wine list & full bar. Famous for our award-winning pizza, hearty pasta dishes and cozy atmosphere. You won't want to miss this piece of Steamboat's history! Located downtown under the red awning. We are open daily at 4.00pm for dinner and offers something for the whole family. Reservations are highly recommended as we tend to fill up fast.

One of our favorite Italian restaurants. It is a rather small room and can feel crowded when it’s at capacity. The food and service are really good and it’s a go to restaurant for us when we’re in steamboat springs.

The food was excellent. However, the ambiance was lacking in the dark basement venue, it was extremely noisy, so much so that we had to put in earplugs, and my food order was mixed up. I ordered the special, Vodoo Pappardelle with scallop and crab suffed jumbo shrimp. I was served Penne pasta with regular grilled shrimp. It tasted delicious as it had the same sauce that would have been on the other dish, but it is not what I ordered. I was not told of the substitution and the waiter was very busy, so I ate what was served. My wife's dish was excellent as well. At check out the waiter did reduce my bill to what a comparable dish to what I was served cost. I would go back if the restaurant were in a different venue.

Excellent! Very casual and laid back. Family friendly vibe with amazing food! Not overpriced. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and Hope to go back!

The waitress didn’t ask what size glass of wine we wanted. I assumed the one I pointed out to her on the menu. She brought the larger one. When I questioned it on the receipt she just said no I brought you a large. She was stone cold not into serving. The food was cold my husband had the chicken parmigiana. I had the Shrimp Scampi with oversized pasta kind of weird. The shrimp wasn’t quality at all. Way overpriced for such a small portion. I will not be back.

Mazzolas was a great dining experience. Mazzolas' large salad was delicious and shared by our party of 4. Everyone was very happy with their meal but the butternut raviolis were outstanding! Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. Over all it was a great evening and definitely worth a return visit.

Mazzola's is consistently good and we love going there. They often have specials that are outstanding. We appreciate the resturant have been going for decades.

Best muscles & chicken parm ever! Jen, the hostess, was welcoming and friendly. We love our waitress Kelly! The work environment seems great. The waitresses & staff looked like they were having fun! The chef haa our complements!
