   First time we've been to Texas de Brazil and we believe it is better comparisons to Fogo de Chao and other Brazilian steak house we have been.

   This has been my fav restaurant for years. This time we waited 45 minutes for meat which probably won't have never came around until my wife got the manager. The server took 40 minutes to come back to fill our water and drinks. The assistance manager came to us after and accused us a some type of health violation reported by another patron. We thought it was a joke but he was going to ask us to leave until we explained what was said was completely inaccurate. There are multiple Brazilian places in this area of the OC and we will never go back. So so disappointing

   Great staff with Excellent Customer Service Skills! The Management team was excellent to acknowledge you and ensure everything was fine. All employees made sure to welcome you into their house. Actually compared to Fogo de Chao, this place is amazing with their service, food and ambiance. You don’t really get that at Fogo…

   Complete disaster, telling people with reservations that they’d be waiting an hour for a table. When it finally was time to be led to a table, they took us there and then took us back because people were still seated and eating at it. Then we were told a manager would speak with one, but it never happened because the entire place was being mismanaged. Finally got seated well after that, and meats were grey , overcooked, and dry. Best part of the evening was being told of a new Brazilian steakhouse called Galpao Gaucho located at the site of the old Agora in Irvine. Can’t wait to try it and leave this mess of a place in the rearview mirror.

   I was disappointed with my recent visit to Texas de Brazil. Despite having a reservation, our table wasn’t ready upon arrival. The service felt rushed from the beginning, and the rotation of meat cuts was extremely slow—we had to make multiple requests and wait for long periods. At the end of our meal, it took over 10 minutes to get the check, and when the server finally returned, it was handed to us without any acknowledgment or apology for the delay. While I understand the restaurant was busy, the overall experience fell well below expectations.

   Wonderful experience. Excellent service from Willy - very attentive and informative throughout the evening. The salad bar was so much more than that and everything was excellent. Highly recommend the lobster bisque. Servers come by your table all night with skewers of the tastiest meats you can imagine. Tender and well-flavored. Great Brazilian cocktails and excellent dessert selection. Could barely walk out of the place we were so full!

   Just not happy that they did not have the meat cuts we were looking for. They said it’s only available for dinner

   This was an amazing experience. The staff was attentive, the service was superb and the food was amazing. The flavor on the meat was great, really could taste the smoke and the flavor of each cut. The drinks were fabulous and the dessert and coffee were top notch. 10 out of 10 would recomend!
