Cowboy ribeye was fantastic! Brussel sprouts were good. Shrimp were good. Great ambience, service, and experience. Espresso martini was very delicious!

The food was excellent. Unfortunately, the waiter offered what he stated was a better bottle of wine for the same price as the one we selected. He led us to believe that it was also a Tempranillo. It was actually a Rioja, which is not our favorite grape, and was mediocre.

I’ve been eating at Schulas for years. Always enjoyed the food and great charisma of the staff. This time i treated 4 of my adult children to dinner before they headed back to college. When food arrived, it was cold. Mash potatoes were cold, server took back. When she returned with a fresh order, same problem. Our creamed spinach was also cold. She returned order to kitchen and returned with a warmer but not hot order of creamed spinach. Ordered an old fashion, the drink was so watered down you could see straight thru the glass. I asked for stronger drink and they just put a splash of whiskey on top. Horrible. The lobster bisque was not good, one of my daughters asked for the lobster bisque to be taken back. Dessert was cream brûlée, the top wasnt even carmalized, the purpose of cream brûlée is to enjoy the crunch. Had to be taken back to kitchen as well. When bill arrived none of the orders sent back to kitchen were removed. Asked server to remove the soup because my daughter didnt eat it. She said didnt your son taste it. I said he tasted it but he did not order it, so please remove it off the bill. She did but she was reluctant. Now i have eating at Schulas for years and this was my first bad experience. Will eat there again but i will expect a better experience. I still left a nice tip.

Waiter was absent, inattentive and never did ask how our meal was. Ordered the ribeye medium rare and was medium to medium-well. Loaded baked potato wasn’t even warm enough to melt cheese or sour cream. Filet was very good, onion soup was very good and mushrooms were excellent. Not a good experience for expense level.

We can always count on a great meal at Shula's. Drinks are a little pricy by comparison to other places but the steaks and sides are awesome.

Was very excited to go back to Shula's. We have always had great experiences here, but this time fell short. The restaurant was empty, for a Sat night. The food was good, but not great. They over cooked the $55 steak we ordered and the second one they made had no seasoning. They "just ran out" of the dessert we ordered. It was a disappointing $250 dinner.

The steaks were not cooked well, one was so hard could hardly be eaten. The baked potatoes and bread were ok. We will never go back to a Shula’s again. We don’t mind paying for good food, we had better at Roberts pizza and much more reasonable.

Milen, our waiter, was outstanding! Food was absolutely amazing. If I had to be extremely picky, I’d say a little less pepper on the steak. The price is a bit steep. About $170 a person.

I made a reservation for dinner over a month ago. This was to be my celebration dinner after running the Chicago Marathon. When I arrived just before my scheduled time, I was told I had to sit in the bar. There were many open tables, which didn’t make sense. The wait staff wasn’t friendly and ignored me most of my dinner. My $60 filet was over cooked and too salty. I was hoping for a better meal and experience for the amount I paid for this dinner. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Calamari Overcooked Lobster Bisque Meh Crab Cakes Meh Steak ok but again your a Steak House Chicken Moist Sides Meh $480.00 for three not the exceptional experience I was hoping for. I will never go to a Shula’s again Great Hostess Wait Staff Just sad to spend this type of money and not be dazzled but I guess that to expected now unfortunately. Just had an idea it was going to be special and it was really lousy.

The service was not good. It took 45 minutes to get our appetizers and then it took another 30 minutes to get our meal. Overall, it took almost an hour and a half to get the entree when we ordered everything all at once. The food itself was ok. Nothing great but I wouldn't say bad either. It was just the service itself that brought it down. And the waitress was not attentive and didn't say anything about the lateness until we asked about it. I think she thought we wouldn't notice that we saw other couples and families come after us, eat and leave before us. But the way it was handled was awful. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Wife started feeling ill and went to room. Waiter helped me out with my dinner and drinks, went above and beyond. Great friendly guy, super helpful. He made the experience I had superior. Food was pricey, but that was expected for where it was. But...well worth every penny spent. Was able to take my order up to our room, and still enjoyed the flavors. My only downfall was the utensils ya get to eat a really thick steak. Very basic flimsy utensils, but that little of a meh. I'd be happy to go here again.

I am very disappointed. I loved the Shula's in Disney World. This is just mediocre; Outback Food at ridiculous prices! I went to Gibsons the night before. Gibsons was excellent with fantastic very prime ribeye, cooked right. Shulas was mediocre, does not include bread, smaller, lower quality portions. My favorite item was the wedge salad. That was excellent.

They took my reservation for Sept. 4. They emailed me to confirm on Sept 3. which I did. And when we showed up on time, turns out they were closed thst day. I suspect this was a problem with opentable not Shula's, but I don't have any other way of calling attention to this besides a negative review.

Service are superb! on top of that foods are delicious and we love the rib eye, chimichuri and the french onion soup. + on the house dessert (seven layer chocolate cake) given to us to celebrate the occasion! They take seriously all of your request, so make sure to give them a heads up during reservation. Room for improvement might be on the presentation of their drink.. Cocktails taste good but for the price, we expect classy presentation.. but overall things are great! Will definitely comeback! :)

Me my husband and friend had reservations they got ribeye steaks neither steaks were cooked correctly my husband steak should’ve been medium and our guess steak should’ve been medium rare both of them were well done My bass was delicious For this to be a steak place it should have been cooked excellent

The food at Shula’s was just ok. Not at all worth the high price tag. I would not recommend, nor would I ever go back. We had the black bass and the crab cakes. There were shells in my crab cakes, which made me not want to eat.

When I made my reservation for 3, I requested a quiet booth. Upon arrival, I was told no booths were available. When led to a table in the center of the room, I requested one of the tables at the side because I had a hearing deficit. I was told no one was being seated at those tables. I have a severe hearing deficit and wear a hearing aid. I was unable to hear my guests conversation because of all the background noise. This was so disappointing and unpleasant. I have crossed this restaurant off my list. Paying over $200 this bad experience won't be repeated.

Shula's is primarily a steakhouse but neither of us was in the mood for steak. So we tried other things on the menu. Good food and good service. No issues at all with my pet peeve: servers who check in constantly and interrupt the flow of the conversation. The waitstaff was just present enough.
