   Usually this a great place to be, but today between the hosts not honoring reservation requests sitting outdoors, the AC issues, poor service.. the drinks we ordered (Mojito Flight) didn’t match what was displayed on the menu — both in presentation and taste. They also weren’t up to the quality we expected, which was disappointing. Paid a $200 bill for very poor service. After complaining, and requesting to speak with the manager, better service was then provided. Overall I don’t know that I’d be returning anytime soon.

   I made a reservation for the Mothers Day Brunch super excited to celebrate my mom. I have been to their regular Sunday Brunch and love it, so I was really looking forward to it. I made the reservation for 1:45 specifically for Mother's Day Brunch and was extremely disappointed when we were refused for the brunch and told we could only eat regular menu. On top of that, the manager was very rude and was not cooperative at all. What made matters worse was my family and I noticed people were sitting down after us and still were able to enjoy the brunch despite us being told we were not able to, and that brunch ends at 1:30. I am writing this review as my family and I are still at the restaurant. It is currently 2:45, and people are still enjoying the brunch. This experience left my family & I feeling very discriminated against. I am not one to write negative reviews, but this was such a horrible experience on such a special day that I feel it is necessary. To make matters worse it is hotter inside the restaurant than it is outside. What makes me most disappointed is I am a regular customer here. Never again.

   I think they overbooked for Mother's Day Brunch. Most of the food was gone, and not refilled fast enough. It was pricey to not have enough food.

   Went for the Mother's Day brunch. Great food, good atmosphere. Very busy, so only negative was service was a little slow. Overall, would recommend to others.

   If you value your hard earned money, do not go there on Mother's Day. They are SO greedy, setting up a bunch of extra tables outside and allowing far too many people to come at one time. They absolutely can not accommodate that many people. The poor employees were running around like crazy, sweating their butts off trying to refill champagne glasses and keep food stocked in the buffet. There were several items constantly out and the buffet area was super packed. We were sitting inside but sweating the entire time. It was not enjoyable.

   The food was excellent. 5 types of Shrimp, Omelet bar , Bomb Tri-Tip, Ham, taco bar with hand made tortillas,multiple different hot plates. We got to sit in the bar and our wait staff was great. We showed up at 1100, and our reservation was 1115, we were seated by 1125. Glad we went there for the Mothers Day Brunch. Total with tip for 2 was $115.

   Food was nasty. Do not recommend. Very few items that were edible. Quality of food was terrible. Doors were kept open so it was super hot inside. Would never go back again. Only went to try the buffet, but was definitely not worth it.

   It was only our third time going to El Torito, but it won't be our last. The food, drinks and service were great. We are looking forward to check out the Sunday Brunch.

    First time at this chain. Sadly poor experience. We booked a 130p for Easter brunch. Two minutes late (baby and toddler in tow with 4 adults) got seated maybe 137p? Waiter didn’t come to table until like 3/4 min after seating us. Drinks didnt come out until maybe 145p. Also the hostess should have seen that our double stroller wouldn’t fit and maybe should have asked us to park it out front or better yet have us go out front and around since we were seated outside anyways instead of leading us thru a maze and not even trying to tell us the stroller won’t fit. I’ve never been here so had I known I would have just gone around from the outside from the start … which we had to do anyways. Anyways at like 145/150p someone comes and says they are breaking down the buffet in 10min when we just barely sad down and got situated was stressful and killed the mood. Literally got only a glass of mimosa and no one cared to come back to ask. Also the server went on her lunch break and tried to hand us the check before we even had a minute to sit down and eat and we were still sitting there at 230p she was like oh ur still here… It was our first Easter brunch experience and now I’m deterred for holiday brunches sadly.
