We went to BJ’s for Mother’s Day. The food was good and the atmosphere wonderful. It was a little loud for our mother, but it was overall a beautiful time!

I usually enjoy eating at BJ's, but not this time. It took over two hours, and our server was awful. He was too busy talking with everyone to do his job.

The server and service was great really, but the overall experience was incredibly slow. The food took forever to come out. We had a reservation for 5:30 and finally got our checks at 7:30…but before the pizookies were out of the kitchen. The food was good, but we definitely weren’t expecting dinner to be 2+ hours.

We got the Parmesan crusted chicken. It was delicious, but not very hot. It was lukewarm at best Everything else was great. Deep dis nachos were excellent.

Hello, Things were fine with our waiter. However, every time we visit your restaurant, you are always out of food and drink items. If you are out of a name brand of liqueur, why not make an emergency run to the nearness Total Liquor? And why are you always out of food items? Is this a management issue? Delivery? Is everything just frozen? Also, I have never seen a manager on duty, although I noticed that there were three calling cards for your managers at the front desk. I wonder what is going on here at this location. Please do not write back with a please try us again or we are so sorry message; just please fix whatever internally is going on at this location.
