This was our first time at Aspen and we were very pleased with the quality of the food and the exceptional service. We dine in a lot of upscale restaurants and the food at Aspen is on par with any other them.

On a busy 4th of July Eve, we were seated with a reservation within a short wait at a lovely table. Again, within a short wait, service began and was timely for the rest of the dinner. Amazing dirty martinis! Highly recommend the mushroom crepe and grilled romaine salad. Great service and dinner!

Server Kate was awesome. She help with all our menu questions. The food was served quickly and looked great and with excellent taste. We were out of town folks so picking a restaurant based on advertisements is tricky. This one lived up to every word.

The new menue is fabulous! We need to come back multiple times to try more of the new dishes that were tempting us. There are so many great sides and vegetarian choices for entrees. We can't waoit to return!
