Didn't eat here to be honest... came at a normal peak 12:30 lunch hour on a Sunday. Came for my wife's birthday and was expecting the same as other locations I've eaten at... unfortunately had to go somewhere else this time. Firstly, the entrance is really weird and we were confused to where we should even enter. We went to a patio of a neighboring restaurant thinking it was the patio of Buca, but it wasn't. They said the entrance was where we were trying to go through... There was a sign inside the door that wasn't obvious at first that directed us THROUGH THE KITCHEN before getting to the "host stand". Maybe they could put the sign outside on the side walk instead of inside the right wall after entering the door? Honestly the main entrance looked like a back entrance where the deliveries are received. What made it worse was the kitchen staff was not helpful and looking confused to why we were there when we walked in... Inside was a actually pretty nice, but the ambiance wasn't there at all. No music playing and no windows from what we saw. Very stale and silent environment. There was only 1 table dining unless there is other rooms we didn't see. We felt so awkward from the whole experience that we just told them we changed our minds and left. The whole reason I came was because I had great experiences in the past at different locations and wanted to have a nice birthday meal with my wife and family. Please make some changes because I would love to come back and give this place another chance in the future.

We were a party of three, and started with the bruschetta. It was served in a giant martini glass (topping in the glass, with garlic toast around the sides like a dip), and was fresh and garlicky. We then had a regular chicken carbonara (linguini), which was more than enough to feed six people. It was rich and creamy. We also had the brussels sprouts, which have just a touch of spicy heat.

They did not inform us of cancelling prior to our reservation and we showed up and they turned us away due to something not working. It was very inconvenient as we drove over an hour to get there and it was for Father’s Day. It was a Friday night so it was difficult finding a new restaurant to eat at.

I always like coming here. We had the Manicotti, Stuffed Chicken Breast, Garlic Bread, and Tiramisu., Everything was good., I like the family-style Italian. Will be back again, we save this place for occasions.

We had a celebration for a group of 14 and Buca always comes through for groups. The food was tasty and the service was good.
