Yama Sushi is a stylish dining venue featuring the freshest sushi in Park City within an intimate setting adjacent to Vista Lounge and Terrace, overlooking the Empire ski runs. Custom rolls and sashimi are the order of the day at Yama Sushi.

We welcome you to experience our newest culinary adventure- Omakase at Yama Sushi.

Translated from the Japanese phrase " I leave it up to you," Omakase is a formal sushi experience lead by our world class Chef Yu Yamamoto. Chef Yamamoto brings this cultural experience to life with 16 meticulously curated courses featuring a variety of traditional and unique alpine-inspired flavors in an immersive dining adventure unlike any other.

This intimate experience is offered at $175 per person, and is limited to 8 guests per experience. Reservations required 24 hours in advance. This experience has limited availability, and, due to its nature, we are unable to accommodate all dietary requests.

Everything was perfect except the atmosphere. We sat at a booth but felt too far way from each other so moved to small table. Lighting could be dimmed to give a more cozy intimate environment. Food was perfect. Music great. Service exceptional.

We have been coming back to Yama sushi for years because the food is so fresh, inventive and the service is just always so amazing! Whenever we come Chef Yamamoto always remembers us and gives us a taste for something special! Caitlyn and Randi is the definition of “service with a smile.” I highly recommend this place!!
