    It was an honor to be able to have this Omakase dinner here. It is well worth taking the train out to Sushi Shin. The chef is well-versed in English and explained each ingredient to us patiently. He creates a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. We are very happy that we could experience our first Omakase here.

    Dining at Sushi Shin was an amazing and unforgettable experience. The bar is quite small, seating 6. We were the only diners there that night. One other couple was expected and they did not make it. Unfortunate for them, but a real blessing for us. Chef explained each item to us as he prepared each. Each item was fresh and delicious. He introduced us to an amazing sake that paired with the extensive meal perfectly. Overall, it was a fabulous and unforgettable experience. I am so glad we went!

    We had an unforgettable experience at Sushi Shin. Chef Shinji served incredible food and created such a lovely ambiance. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo and would love to come back next time I visit!

    これまで食べたお鮨のなかで間違いなく一番でした！ ノドグロや炙り大トロのウニ載せなど、どれも最高でした！ 料理の捌きも素晴らしく、貴重な体験が出来ました！ またいつの日か訪れたいです。

    Wonderful service and experience curated by Shin. It is an intimate space and his positive energy just makes the dining experience even more memorable. He has great relationships with people across the industry, resulting in the superior quality and deep care of his ingredients. Will absolutely come back.
