We were told there was a 35 minute wait and if that was ok. I told them no as a i had a reservation thru open table and i was 5 minutes early. Then they proceeded to seat us. The waiter was nice, took him long to get our order and then it was wrong, then our food took over 35 min to come out, empty plates kept piling up on the table without them being picked up unless we flagged someone down. It took forever for him to get us our bill as well as to get our credit card back. Service was just very slow. Food quality was not good either

During the meal, I had to remind the waiter to bring our salads which he brought 1 second before our meal. He also forgot to bring my son’s dessert and had to be reminded. While waiting for dessert, a hostess carrying a baby seat jammed it into my son’s back which hurt. She quickly said she was sorry but never checked back to make sure he was okay nor did she appear yo notify anyone of the incident. Poor guy couldn’t win that night.

Have been to Ciros for many years. The food quality has been better. The appetizers were ok, salad was good, pasta wasn’t good, cioppino was average and price was high. Will go back for the salads but that’s it.

We had a very enjoyable business lunch in the outdoor patio. The food was great, and the wait staff was very friendly and helpful with menu items and food service. Definitely recommend Ciro's to anyone who is looking for a great Italian cuisine meal!

Deviled egg appetizer was tasty. Eggplant parmigiana was flavorful and appropriate portion. They switched the pasta for Caesar salad without question. Salad was bland. Baked chicken and mashed potatoes was small but flavorful. Old fashions were good and priced just right. Had a 6:45 reservation and the place was crawling with young loud children. If you want to have a conversation at your table without yelling, go later.

First visit to Ciro's for me even though I've been in Houston 20+ years. Great setting for a business lunch. My pasta meal was tasty and my colleague's salad looked fresh and appealing. I thought the garden room off the bar was going to be loud since some of the tables were close, but we really didn't hear the other conversations...I was happily surprised! The waitress, Tracy, recognized the business setting and checked on us just enough. I'll definitely go back.

Very nice waiter but when I ordered the fried chicken special and got the rotisserie chicken she was nowhere to be found. I ate it and it was very good but when she finally appeared I asked her about it and she said no its not what you ordered do you want a to go box and your check.....

They need to seat families with very young children in an area separate from adult only diners. There was a family with a screaming child next to us and the adults were cheering the screamer so, guess what? He screamed even louder as they laughed!
