Located just off Grafton Street in the heart of Dublin City Centre, Glas is Irelands premier vegetarian/vegan restaurant offering an innovative and delicious menu created by Chef Malte Half and his team.
Step into our elegant dining room where we cater to solo diners, romatic dates, family celebrations and everything inbetween. Whether it is lunch, weekend brunch, early bird or dinner we are ready to welcome you.
As well as an extensive wine list and a range of fabulous cocktails, Glas is very proud to be Irelands only 100% Gluten free restaurant.
Children of all ages are welcome for lunch, but children under 8 are not catered for after 5.00 pm.

                                    Went to Glas with 6 friends to celebrate a birthday and everything about the evening was brilliant. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, the food was innovative, interesting and delicious and the prices of both food and drinks very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

                                    It was our second time at Glas - this time for a birthday. We had the early bird menu -sauerkraut fritter (amuse bouche), kohlrabi fritters (starter), spiced cauliflower (main) and pea panna cotta, plus a couple of complimentary birthday treats. We also ordered a side of patatas bravas. It is ‘fine dining’ in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. For Michelin star plant-based food, Glas is a wonderful destination for foodies.

                                    Glas is as always a perfect date night experience, the food, the staff, the service are always impeccable. Cocktails are delicious food is delicious, we come here every few months and are always remembered. We recommend Glas to everyone all the time

                                    Not a wide selection, but a delicious selection of vegan and vegetarian starters, mains, desserts, and sides. My husband and I choose different dishes so that we could taste more than just our order. It was all great!
