Had a 3 month old reservation at another restaurant that overbooked and could not seat our party of five. Thank God! Bascetti's not only squeezed us in but the Thanksgiving meal they served blew the other restaurant out of the water. We looked over the regular menu and had a great conversation with the owners. They offer live music appropriate for the atmosphere and have a full bar. You will definitely walk out feeling full and feeling like you received great value for your money. We are already planning reservations for Christmas and a return trip before then just to see it on a normal day. I live about 100 miles away. This is definitely a hidden gem.

We had thought we were going to a different restaurant and instead found this little gem. Food was great! They had this Fried in the shell oyster with Sirachi. That was a new taste sensation. Really good. Traditional Italian meals, all good. Had a saxophone player doing nice soft jazz. Turned out to be a wonderful evening despite it not being where we intended to go. Nice surprise.

The service was top notch, always attentive all our wine glasses never reached 3/4 empty. And the food was fenomenal and fast too. We had a party of nine and the service was flawless.

Bascetti's is one of our favorites! Always good food and enjoyable evening. Excellent location to talk with good friends and enjoy the food and wine. We like that "this is our place" atmosphere.

truly enjoyed our dinner. We had a nice corner table. My Dad who is hard of hearing did not have a hard time hearing us so noise level was minimal. Food was great. Nice portion sizes. Wait staff was awesome. Will be back again. This was our 2nd visit.

Good but not great Italian fare. The marinara sauce could benefit from improvement. My wife had the eggplant special over fettuccine and marinara and thought that it was okay. I had penne carbonara and thought that it was too soupy.

Our favorite place to dine in Dunedin. Excellent Italian food preparation and presentation. Happy hour deals are great while there is a good selection of wines. Service has been excellent every time we dined at Bascetti's.
