   It was a very disappointing evening. We expected it was going to be very busy given it was Mother’s Day but there is no excuse for the poor food quality. The calamari appetizer was very greasy, the mashed potatoes on the 3 dinner entrees was very, very salty, the green beans didn’t taste fresh it was old and wilted, the scalloped on the seafood trio tasted like it was poached instead of grilled, the prime rib was mostly fat. It took forever for the food to come out in between each course. The only reason I still gave it a 3 out of 5 for overall experience or good overall is because of our server . Our server was very pleasant which made up for the poor food quality. We don’t mind paying for an expensive dinner so for a restaurant like Horatio’s we expected very good food quality, good food presentation and the food should not take forever to come out. Bill was $245 before gratuity for 3 people but the food quality was not even worth near that amount not even close. We also had a reservation but still had to wait 30 plus minutes before we were seated and we were seated in a very awkward location. In my humble opinion, the management team should not accept anymore reservations if they know they cannot handle the volume. Very disappointing!

   It was a holiday, so the dining room was full and very noisy. The food was very good and the service was good considering the load on the wait staff.

   The last time we were at Horatio’s our experience was so negative we wrote to the manager. We decided to give it another try. This time (Mother’s Day) it was overpacked with people. The waitress told us the kitchen was an hour behind. We went ahead and ordered anyway. Our food came out in good time and was well-prepared. We had requested a table by the window, but hosts were too overwhelmed to seat us as we requested in Open Table. Mother’s Day should be in the same category as Valentine’s Day; if you expect to dine out, the experience won’t be the same as a normal day at that restaurant.

   We understand that it was mother's day and it would be busy, but the service was delayed quite a bit. Our combination of servers were great and did all they could with what was going on. The prime rib was mostly fat, the mashed potatoes were a bit on the salty side. Normally the place has a moderate noise level but today was mother's day and it was loud but fun with the Mom's getting their shine.

   Today because of Mother’s Day it was a little noisy but I’m so glad I made my reservations ahead of time ! Everything was delicious ! Thank you

   Horrible waited 2 hours still didn’t get food not even an appetizer and they didn’t care. We left and this was Mothers Day! Several people walked out

   This place has fallen all the was off. The staff was fighting with each other, the hostess was rude and arguing with a coworker. The food was absolute trash. Usually when they bring out the garlic bread, it’s toasted and warm, today it was cold and barely had any garlic butter. We waited for 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order or even give us water. Yeah, this place is just expensive for no reason, don’t waste your money here.

   Unfortunately, this visit to Horatio’s was a bad experience from start to finish. We were sat outside on a cold, windy day with no heat lamps available. When we asked to move the manager was very rude and loud with us. The kitchen was poorly managed and we waited over 90 minutes for our food which arrived lukewarm. We were then told our our desserts would be delayed (even though they were all premade) so we paid the bill and left without them. Management tried to maximize profits by over booking and the poor management led to a disappointing experience.

   Wonderful service, seated immediately. Accommodated our family with a toddler and infant. Food as always was excellent and good value.

    I understand it was a busy weekend. But it took 45 minutes to get drinks and one of our drinks never arrived. It took an hour and 15 minutes for food to arrive. I had to ask for bread which is part of their standard service. We would have loved to have dessert but it was never offered and we were tired of waiting. It took another 20 minutes for the check to arrive. Are waiter seemed overwhelmed although doing the best he could. There just did not seem to be enough help and there did not seem to be any managers helping with the tables. Disappointing
