    Atmosphere and food was excellent. Service left much to be desired. Not very attentive and quick to ask for food order. The fact we only had water may have influenced the decision on the service level to provide.

    Had a business lunch and the atmosphere was fun. It was a bit on the noisy side with the restaurant only half full due to covid restrictions. Not sure how loud it would be when it was actually full. We had great service. I had the chicken supreme and it was absolutely fantastic.

    This was my second time. The service was excellent. The atmosphere is really nice. The food was tasty. The riblets have a great blend of spices and the flavor is delicious. I've only been for lunches but I think it would a good spot for dinners.

    great lunch, distancing was set up great, food and service were awesome, will return. 4 stars on the food only because I prefer less seasoned beef and this one had lots of season and flavor, a bit much for me but was still very good.

    Good. Patio quieter than restaurant. Bar side very loud - could stand to turn down the music for lunch so it is in the background. Loud music is a reason I don’t bring clients - difficult to have a conversation.

    Glad you enjoyed the service with us. Due to covid and the smaller amount of guests we have seen over this time, we did condense our menu. On the bright side, seeing a slight increase and moving into the colder months, we are looking at updating our menu. So come back and see what other delicious options we will have in the near future.

    Our server was very kind (didn’t catch her name) ! She had black shoulder length hair. It took longer than it should have for our drinks (although I only did see one bartender.. Which is odd on a Friday night during Valentine’s day). The food didn’t take too long as it was not a large order but we unfortunately had to send back one clam chowder because it was WAY WAY too salty. I’m not sure if the whole establishment was understaffed because it did take quite sometime for our server to come for a quality check on the food. Honestly overall I wouldn’t come back.. the only good thing was how nice our server was, otherwise at one point there was only one server on the floor for 5-8 minutes and she was too busy talking to the only bartender.

    If the Keg is a restaurant that has a bar... this is a bar that has a restaurant. It would be great for drinks and bites after work, less so for date night dinner.

    I have been here a couple of times on business and location is terrific for a down town meeting spot. Every thing selected on the menu was prepared and presented Ok. We did have a vegetarian in our party and were surprised there were no veg main options. Good selection of wine by the glass and cocktails.

    Mid-size party -- food arrival took almost 10 minutes from start to finish. Smoked meat sandwich was small and 'meh' flavour, restaurant was so noisy -- could hardly hear anything (u-shaped booth) .

    I was immediately put off by the host and hostess at the door, both of whom were indifferent at best. Neither even spoke to me when I walked up and advised that I had a reservation. The hostess, who showed me to my table, said absolutely nothing to me, even after I thanked her. These two individuals at your "door" greeting customers leave a very poor impression.

    Last time we went to the Township it was very well and we liked it but this time it was just disappointing. We did the reservation online, ask for a booth and we got to seat right in the middle of the crowd. It was a very busy time, the noise level was high and we could barely hear each other. The service was good but the food most disappointing. We ordered a bottle of wine from the wine menu and the server told us later that this wine was only by the glass, we showed her the menu again so she went to check with the bar and came back later with the bottle of wine, must be a misunderstanding. For the price (around 100$) we can get a better value for the meal somewhere else and have our wine pour. The presentation of the plate was not very appealing, it looked like a pile up meal with a piece of steak on top of broccolini that was on top of mashes potatoes and topped with gravy. I have to be fair and say that the seasoning on the steak was right, the cooking was right, the gravy was nice and tasty but the steak itself was like a piece of rubber, hard to cut and very chewy. This might be a good place for a drink or a get together at the end of the day, it has nice patio indoor and outdoor, separate rooms for a more private party but for this dinner it did not work for us.

    Food was good. The noise level is extremely loud however. For a business lunch was impossible to hear the person sitting right next to me. Would pick a different venue next time for a business lunch where the conversation needs to be heard.

    Went for new years eve dinner. Was very disappointed that the menu on here is nothing like the actual menu. Its pub food. I brought it up to the waitress and she said we were not the only people that night that has brought it up. If you are looking for steaks and more upscale dishes this is not the place. This is burgers and sandwiches mostly .

    Stopped in for a business lunch and were seated in the lounge area. A bit too loud for a conversation and I feel that Township is slowly starting to fall behind the class of some of its competitors in the downtown core, like Cactus Club and Earls. Food was probably the best of the ratings (I had the tuna sandwich, which was a generous helping of tuna on the bun), as ambiance, service, and overall was good. I did rate it a four out of five, but might have been a bit generous.

    Our server was fantastic. He was quick about making sure nobody had an empty glass and was very good at answering questions about the menu. My peers who ordered the steak sandwich were disappointed with the amount of sauce on the steak and bread. The bread was left very soggy from it. Reportedly, some of the caramelized onions did not appear or taste caramelized. However, the steaks were cooked beautifully. My double bacon Mac and cheese was wonderful. And everyone else at the table that ordered sandwiches and salads were very pleased.
