We had a fabulous meal at Mambo Italiano. Six adults ate pasta and had drinks. We were shopping and called to see if we could change our 7 pm reservation to 5:30 because we were hungry. They got us seated right away. It was in the back so quiet and air conditioning was perfect! Everyone's food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Mambo has been a go to in past but this experience was bad. It took 20 minutes to be acknowledged by our server and that did not improve. We were seated for an hour before our meal order was taken and the food, normally top tier, was mediocre. Eggplant parm was soggy. Meatballs were good.

We went here for my wife’s birthday and she was really looking forward to this place, as we’ve had good experiences before. The food and atmosphere were good and as expected because we’ve eaten here in the past, but the service was a little subpar on this one night. Our server gave a casual recognition of my wife’s birthday (after my wife made a remark because of something one of our kids said), but after that things were just business as usual with very plain boring expressions from the server and others. We were expecting a little bit more excitement and interaction… not a lot, but a little more friendliness and maybe a slight bit more attention than usual, however … nothing. It’s all ok in the end. We really enjoyed our food and we’ll be back at some point, but this could have been better for the birthday celebrations we were hoping for that night.

The amount of love and joy that we felt at eating at mambo is something that we still cannot wrap our heads around. They’re inviting food was so delicious and made my week. Their service and staff are some of the best I’ve ever had the privilege of encountering and I will be coming back very soon

These guys understand flavor and texture! Delightful truly creative takes on traditional favorites. Our dinner was delicious, service great. Going back tonight and bringing friends…motivated to try other dishes!

My new favorite in Steamboat! The absolute BEST chicken piccata I have ever had. I am gluten free and there were so many options and everything was amazing.
