As others have written, the view is fantastic and the ambiance was great. The food choices were very limited and not too exciting. The asparagus dish was quite odd, tasty but more suited to be a very expensive side dish. Would return for cocktails on the deck, but not for dinner.

We had a great experience for my husbands birthday! The food was excellent, the servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the drinks were delicious. Also, the view is unbeatable! We look forward to coming back.

Service is attentive and professional, adding a polished touch to the overall experience. While the food leans toward average—nothing particularly memorable—the real reason to visit Cindy’s is the atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to sip on a cocktail or glass of wine while taking in the unbeatable views. Located in the heart of Chicago’s most touristic area, it can get crowded, especially on weekends or sunny days. Dining table reservations are a must, but bar seating is often available for walk-ins, making it a great spontaneous stop for drinks with a view.

Nice staff, great location but a bit overpriced and extremely noisy which has negatively impacted our expected experience of a nice dinner

The view is amazing and worth going for that alone. But the food is great, service outstanding. Plus the high ceilings make the sound level low, so it's easy to have a conversation. Great place. I will return.

I went as a single and had a great experience. My server was attentive and helpful, the barley bowl with chicken was very tasty, the decor and view are outstanding.
