The hostesses, Grace & Mildred, were very pleasant and accommodating with our request to sit on the patio near the waterfall. We were early for our reservation and expected to wait the 30 till our time. The ladies were very sweet and ended up seating us after only 5-10 minutes. As usual, the food was excellent (not the usual theme park/zoo type food). I had the cheesy garlic bread with tomato pesto and citrus chicken wings and my daughter had the Cauliflower Fried Rice. All items were perfectly cooked. The cheesy garlic bread is my favorite, crispy crust and soft center sections. Theresa, our server, was excellent. I highly recommend reservations and go early. They get very busy throughout the day. We live in Arizona and only get there once a year, and so Albert's has become a traditional place for us to visit.

It was our first time here and it was great! Wonderful ambiance, service, and food, and so tucked away, we felt transported! We highly recommend this special spot!!

As always, Albert’s doesn’t disappoint! Staff is friendly helpful and attentive drinks are great and food is delicious!

Albert’s is a go to for my zoo trip. The food is top notch and the service is excellent. I recommend the steak frites! The steak was perfect and a potato wedges were perfect! Vania was our server and she was amazing!

We’ve eaten here a few times now and unfortunately this latest visit didn’t deliver. Despite making a reservation a few months ago, our group of 6 was squeezed into a table meant for 4. Service was minimal. It took a few reminders to get one of the drinks for our table. I do think Albert’s is a great spot to refresh during a day at the zoo. I like the full service experience and we all enjoyed our meals.
