   Valetta has a very creative menu and attentive service. We had the scallops (exceptional), poke (unique, and very good), halibut (also very good) and burrata (meh) - with all be good portions. Unlike some of the reviews, we did not find the menu overpriced. The outdoor seating is lacking. Calling it a patio is generous, it is more like a permanent tent in the street. I imagine sitting inside would be a better experience but would go again, regardless.

   Wonderful food but servers were overwhelmed - daily chef’s courses was the wrong day in 3/4 of our menus and there was no one to offer us wine with dinner, very unfortunate. But they rebounded by offering us a free dessert after learning that they were out of the one we actually ordered. So overall, completely in the weeds, but with solid food. Suspect that your mileage may vary wildly at this place.

   Everything was amazing! I can’t stop thinking about the scallops and my husband is dying to know how they make the bone in pork so tender and juicy. Truly a treat.

   Excellent food choices, preparation and taste. Had an interesting chat with Bob, the ambassador for Valette. Had a bottle of the Valette Chardonnay by John Rochioli, which was excellent. Overall, great evening.

   Service was great and it was awesome meeting Bob Vallete. Loved the location and ambience of the restaurant. The food was good but expensive.

   We had a wonderful experience celebrating my beloveds birthday. Our waiter was beyond good. I so appreciated the service.

   Very disappointing. I ordered a fish dish which turned out to be dry and overcooked, with undercooked vegetables. I suspect the entire meal was simply tossed into a microwave. I ordered a soup dish that would have rated a 3 (out of 5). This restaurant charges top prices for food that isn't even edible. A terrible experience. We will never go here again.

   Food was not bad, but mediocre. The four of us found it uninspired and uncreative. Service is out of keeping with a restaurant of this class. It was unattentive. It was also rushed, and felt more like a fast food place rather than a place to dine for the evening with friends. It was as if they couldn’t wait to get you out of there. It was clearly an owner-absent place and the “staff“ were not Customer oriented. And did I mention-it was expensive. What a contrast from a fine dining restaurant we ate at the night before in the area. This restaurant suffers from Healdsburg Hubris. Not a place I would recommend to friends.

    We love Vallette. But 2 of us ordered the duck and it was too tough to eat.
