    Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Houston and in Fort Worth. Steaks are incredible and the Beef Wellington is the star of the show! Always the best service from the hostess to the wait staff. Tables in Houston are a little close together but it’s just part of the vibe there and we love it!!

    We have been customers of BB Butchers since the original opening. Steak quality has always been above average(in terms of true steakhouse meats) but this time was so bad that my wife couldn’t even eat over 2 bites of her American Wagyu filet and my Prime bone in NY strip was tough as well. Sadly I literally have had MUCH better Choice graded grocery store meats. It was VERY dry and tough especially for a filet. It was ordered medium rare and should have been very juicy, flavorful and tender but it was NONE OF THE ABOVE. Not a single drop of juices on the plate. I ordered a Prime bone in NY strip medium and it was very juicy but was also VERY tough to the point of challenging to cut. For an appetizer we had their famous carpet bagger oysters which are always a huge hit and the flavor did not disappoint but they were just BARELY lukewarm. For sides we had the bread service(fantastic and highly recommend came out steaming), creamed spinach and lobster macaroni and cheese. The creamed spinach came out lukewarm warm and had a significant amount of lobster meat but again BARELY lukewarm warm. The creamed spinach, which is always a favorite cake out BARELY lukewarm. The only thing that remotely saved the entire experience was the service which was FANTASTIC as was the wine and after dinner cocktails. They removed the steaks from our bill even though I expressed that we were NOT looking for any comp. Overall sadly a definite will not return.

    The service at B&B Butchers was superb. The waitstaff were attentive and very professional and personable. On top of that everything that we ordered was cooked to perfections and melted in your mouth. We enjoyed every minute we were there.

    We had a late lunch here at around 215 and it was perfect time if you like a more relaxed experience. We had several of the appetizers and drinks. Summer took great care of us! She was attentive and make awesome recommendations including the carpet baggers appetizer, crab cake, bacon, fresh bread and butter basket and calamari. It was a great experience and the food was delicious.
