   View is beautiful but the food is lacking flavor. ordered the tomahawk w/lobster tails for 2 dinner special. It was not worth it no seasoning and they dumped gray all over the steak that didn't taste like anything. They were playing lord techno music and my husband had to ask them to turn it down. The drink were good tho and the staff was great except the fact that we told the waitress while ordering that I couldn't have green bears and they came out with the order anyway. All the other staff was nice pleasant and helpful

   FINE DINING?! McDonald’s then should be considered FINE DINING. Food - 0 Service - 0 I sent an email requesting to have a manager reach out to me due to our experience the night we went - no answer. We had an horrendous experience for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. and we spoke with the “manager on duty” Carlos who was also the Bartender. We shared our grievances about tonight’s service and was given absolutely no respect nor response except for “okay, pay the bill.” We were not ever going to not pay the bill, but expected acknowledgement/responsibility for what happened. But all Carlos could say was, “okay.” He was 1) obviously not the manager; or 2) untrained manager, because he did not act like one at all. I have also never seen a manager behind the bar dressed in all black and no suit jacket in a fine dining restaurant. On top of it, Carlos said he was unable to come to our table because he was “very busy”, if he had to come to the table to hear our grievances, which would have taken just a few minutes out of his time, it could have been resolved. I told asked him if he cared about his customers, he said yes, I asked why he couldn’t stop by our table to speak to us, he said he was busy with the bar. Doesn’t seem to value customer service especially when there is a grievance. Our main grievance was that we asked for a table by the window. I understand it was first come first serve. We asked blanca, our waitress, and she said none were available. However, we saw two parties be sat at empty tables next to the window 10-15 minutes later. The table behind us threatened to leave if they did not get to move to the other table. I respect the service industry as I was once in that industry when I was younger. I did not think we would need to THREATEN to leave to get our request fulfilled or good service.  We got our food. DISGUSTING. ABSOLUTELY not fine dining but more of mediocre banquet food that you have to eat because you did not eat all day. We only saw ou

   Food was horrible and not worth the money. I don’t think I’ve ever had a filet taste so bad in my entire life. Very minimal selections to choose from. Very very slow service. Would not recommend going.

   We went for my husband’s birthday, and while the view was good we would not return. The view was the best part about dining. The food was just okay, but left much to be desired. I did communicate that it was a birthday celebration in the booking, but that wasn’t even acknowledged. The server was new, and this did play a part in the experience not being wonderful. We understand how challenging that can be but just want to be honest about the experience. Nothing about it made us want to return.

   We went to celebrate our 10th anniversary and when we arrived, we were shocked to see how dated and drab the restaurant looked. The only saving grace was the view. When we reserved, we informed them it was our anniversary and requested the romance package, yet the table they sat us at was next to a loud party of 6 with a child that would not stay at their table and played with loud toys throughout the dining room. They could have moved us or never sat us next to them to begin, considering that party of 6 was on desserts before we arrived, so a bit of awareness would have been nice. We settle in and noticed a bug on my menu. Not sure how a fruit fly would have flown up two separate elevators and into the dining room, so I am sure this came from the kitchen. Speaking of the menus, they were cheap and informed us that 20% gratuity is automatically added to every check. We decided to stick it out anyway, and went to Yelp to see photos and help us decide what to order, and the food reviews were terrible. One dish was described as “tasted like death” and another was described as “frozen and microwaved”. For the prices of the items and our previous observations, we canceled our order, paid for our drinks and left. Worst dinner ever! I see why they force gratuity, because no one wants to pay more on top of what they were already forced to pay for. They need to shut down and get it together. You cannot give diners who are paying you money experiences like this.

   I don’t know about all these 1,2,3 stars on this restaurant but for me was a 5 and beyond service was amazing food was amazing drinks was amazing and they actually read your request unlike some others our romance dinner was a 5+ we had a tomahawk steak with lobster tails it was delicious specially with a picky eater and she loved it this a spot to go to experience and romance and if Willing to put money down on a chef that throws it down, BIG UPS TO THE CHEF! This is a Mia go again spot!!!! Thanks you guys for your hospitality!!!!!!

   The views were absolutely amazing however the food was more along the lines of an Applebees instead up an upscale restaurant. The steak was dry and had no flavor, the sides were not good either. The drinks were good, so we did enjoy those. Since it was my husbands birthday, we tried to make the best of it and enjoy our views but we were disturbed by a photographer soliciting our table and everyone around us for a photo. It was not classy at all. Our server had to be flagged down a few times as she never returned to check on us after the food but did come by 3 times for the check 🫤.

    This birthday dinner was EPIC!!!! We had the most amazing view of downtown Chicago. The food was AWESOME, no complaints at all. We will visit again, very soon.

    Prices high for poor quality food. Only attractive thing is the view. Otherwise not worth it. The only choice available in open table was Experience, which forces you to pay at least 10 dollars per person for a single rose. There is a mandatory 20 percent tip, and when presented with the bill there is a suggestion for an extra 10%. The menu choices are few.

    Old looking interior but great iconic building . Great view. Had a fold out table for our group. Steak was over done. Paper menus -at that price very high a nice menu book would be a good touch. The pillars were wrapped in cloth seams cheap. There was food leftover at reception. This place has the best city view to bad the rest didn’t match that.

    I had the lobster bisque and Filet, my wife had the risotto and duck. All dishes were great. The view was worth it, the meal was great, but you’re paying for the view!

    Very overpriced, but you get the view. Bartender was good. The steaks...another story. Most fat I have ever had on a NY strip. If you order medium or medium rare, you will get rare. Scallops appetizer has TWO pieces. If you want the view, better to go to Willis Tower.

    It’s my birthday so I was excited to celebrate at a restaurant with beautiful views. The food was horrible. The risotto I ordered has cottage cheese and tasted sour. The meal was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant

    When I came inside the restaurant it’s smell so bad and warm.Booked before two days to get window view table as it was informed but got it in dark place. Food are expensive but the service and food quality is bad. The person who taking order and he was the one taking order is unprofessional and disrespectful. The girls who in the front desk are u professional and one girl even mentioned I don’t think she booked lol 😂. The table was not ready and unprofessional. I am surprised how come it’s fancy and exclusive restaurant though the service and restroom are disgusting. The soap are Cheap and not good .One person I felt and my friends even told me he is respectful and professional and his name Edgar. I am sorry if I spell wrong.

    We enjoyed our dinner. I thought the restaurant was supposed to revolve but it did not. We had a nice view of the sunset but the roof view was obtrusive and we were seated in a hallway. I had a couple of martinis and they were stupid expensive.

    Been coming here for yrs to celebrate my birthday and today I brought my daughter to celebrate her 16th. The food and service was amazing parking inexpensive. Everything was perfect waitress explained everything efficiently and executed excellent customer service. Very diverse environment hidden treasure!!!!!!! Perfect view!

    This restaurant on the 70th floor promises breathtaking views of the city and amazing food. Both were a home run when we visited on October 21, 2022. We arrived just at sunset and got to see the city come to life at night. Everyone found something on the menu they liked and really enjoyed.

    For the amount of money they charge, you would think they be more attentive to there customers. One staff member working bar and all the tables. Didn’t offer the best quality of liquor to us because other customers said it’s to expensive ( not your call to make when I’m paying the bill,lol). Book a star romance package ( an upfront charge) and they served us frozen strawberries. Luckily the view was amazing.

    No host when we arrived. Was seated and waited about 20 minutes before we were greeted by our waitress. The views were amazing. The food was bland except the lobster Mac and cheese and duck. The waitress wasn’t super attentive which was disappointing since the food fell short. Save your money and take your chances at another scenic restaurant

    So when I first walked in the person at the door stopped me and said I wasn’t dressed appropriately in my opinion I think she just saw a black man and assumed I had on some Jordan’s I had on casual shoes and casual clothes the manager had to come to correct the error but the initial experience was very embarrassing
