   Our server was excellent. The salad was great. My husband enjoyed his stuffed shells. They changed the chicken for the Rigatoni D which I was not a fan of.

   Is has been a long while since I’ve dined at Maggiano’s in Schaumburg, but it was a great meeting point for a birthday lunch for my sister. There’s been many notable beautiful interior updates, but the food and service remained just as amazing as I remember it. This time around, I tried the wagyu meatball and spaghetti, and it did not disappoint! The meatball was flavorful and the marinara complimented it beautifully. My sister had the chicken parm sandwich with a chopped salad. She wished the lettuce in the salad was chopped more as the pieces were a bit big. Other than that, she also enjoyed her meal. She did try my dish, and ordered one to-go for her son. Our server, Aiden, was funny and professional, and he gave us plenty of time to catch up and enjoy our meal. He also checked in on us at just the right times. Will definitely be back now that the weather is warming up and patio seating is open!

   I made a reservation for Mother's Day in early April and was told at the time that our party would be able to order off of the REGULAR menu. I later received a marketing email about a special Mother's Day menu, so I called the restaurant to once again confirm that we could still order off of the REGULAR menu. The girl who answered advised that we could indeed, order off of the REGULAR menu, unless we chose the special Mother's Day menu. Low and behold, we arrive on Mother's Day with our party of 5 and are told at the table that the ONLY option available was a $55/person LIMITED family-style menu, which didn't even include the menu items that we like. I asked to speak to a manager who advised that the only thing he could do was offer the limited entree options at entree prices. I was very upset and told him about my previous communications with the restaurant, where I was LIED to and provided FALSE information. Once we were offered the entree pricing, our server and other staff seemed to forget about us for the most part, as we were no longer paying the $55/person menu price. This made our entire Mother's Day (+ 1 Birthday) celebration very memorable for the WRONG reasons. We will NOT be returning anymore to Maggiano's, as this was a horrible customer service and very poor communication for someone who had a reservation 1+ months in advance. There was also NO mention of the $55/person limited family-style menu until you were seated at your table. We saw many people sit down and leave immediately because of this.

   Delicious Food. Our family all ordered Pasta dishes and each one was so very tasty. Wine was tasty as was the Peach Bellini with a swirl of red wine. Our waiter Paul was so informing and attentive Great place for a family to go.

   Great meal as always. Celebrated Mom’s Day early as we can’t see Grandma on Mother’s Day. Food was great and so was our server Roshawn. Will come back.

   Service was good and food was delicious. We were disappointed to find out they no longer do the take a pasta home deal. Also no cappuccinos because their machine has been broken 3 weeks! Also we went for a birthday and no special birthday decorations on the table.

   Food was good, service was great. Lots of large parties this same afternoon. Our space for table was very tight and felt cramped, while we did add 2 to the table the day prior, the same space was cramped even for 12, tight along the window. Made the initial reservation over 3 weeks ago. Prices have gone up significantly, however, this along with they no longer have the $5-6 pasta bogo deal which is one of the reasons people loved going. They also have eliminated GF dressings (caesar salad) from their menu so limited options for GF if you don't want pasta.

    I had the lasagna and my wife the mushroom ravioli. Both were delicious. We started with the stuffed mushrooms which were quite large and very good. Our server did a great job.
