Let me first say out server Fitz was absolutely AMAZING. 10/10 would go back. Food was amazing as well.

We are long time mastros customers and the experience is always top notch. But, like any business, a few glitches happen every now and then. Last night was one of those nights. It was nothing crazy, but a few delays and mistakes with the food. However, the mark of a first class restaurant is in the way they handle those few inevitable mistakes. Ki the manager and our waiter Rich took great care to make everything right and make sure we were still able to enjoy our anniversary evening. They did this without us asking for it or complaining. As a business owner myself, I know the key is not necessarily in perfection which is not possible when dealing with the human element, but rather in the commitment to the care and attention to the customers needs no matter the circumstance. Kudos to the Mastros Malibu team for turning a challenge into a victory. My wife and I I are truly grateful and obviously will be back soon for the amazing food and the amazing service.

Food was good...service was just ok...slow at times...but the bathroom was dirty...felt like I was in a bar. Mastros should be a fine dining experience and it didn't meet expectations.

My wife and I went on a Sunday for her birthday and we had an amazing time. From the food to the service, everything was perfect. Yeah it’s pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. Our waitress was Sydney and she was on top of it. I would definitely go back to this restaurant for all special occasions.

We chose Maesteo’s to celebrate our son’s engagement. I let Maestro’s know about the special occasion and they went to great lengths to make the dinner as special as I had shopped. We were seated at a table overlooking the ocean, the service was attentive and elegant, the staff warm and aware of what we were celebrating. The manager even came over to make sure we had all we needed. The food was also delicious with a vast menu so we all had food we enjoyed.

Absolutely worth every penny!! The food, service and view are unbeatable! We celebrated our 17th Anniversary there, and it was so special and memorable. Love them!

Had a great time at Mastro’s Ocean Club in Malibu! Our waitress was helpful, friendly, and generous with the wine pour. The food was amazing. We ordered some sushi rolls as appetizers and they brought us out two beautiful towers of sushi rolls-the four we ordered and some extras. Our entrees were perfect. Two of us got bone in filet prepared perfectly rare as we ordered. One person ordered the swordfish and one person ordered sea bass. Both were perfect. The sides we got lobster Mac n cheese and Broccolini were great. We couldn’t leave without trying the butter cake, beautifully plated with complimentary cheesecake, vanilla ice cream and fruit. The manager checked on us a few times. I don’t know what was better, the food or the service. We will definitely be back!
