   Pivot exceeded our expectations on every level. The crab cargots was a great appetizer…tons of crab! The red wine aged manhattan steak was fabulous with Calabrian butter was a great complement to the steak. My wife had the filet Rossini and couldn’t stop talking about it. Shawn was an excellent server and we cannot wait to go back..

   We were anxious to try Pivot prime. The remodeled location is a very nice atmosphere. The menu had a number of unique items and the steaks we had were tasteful and tender. We had a great experience and will definitely go back

   We have been waiting for Pivot Prime to open and the wait was well worth it! The food was great as was our server, Peter. We can’t wait to go again!

   The food and the flavors were amazing. Loved the Beef Tallow candle with bread. Would have liked more bread served with the candle. The stuffed chicken was well prepared and not overcooked. Only issue was the stuffing was not consistent and was on one side of the chicken, but that's a minor issue. Overall, beautiful restaurant and great for special occasions. Will be back to try other menu items.

    Our server was excellent! All of his expectations surprised us. You can tell the Chef and team really put in the effort to educate the service team to be knowledgeable in their food and service. We even noticed all of the team work happening in and out of the kitchen. This restaurant might've just opened but seeing them operate it seems like they're a well oiled machine that's been open for years. All in all excellent food, ambiance, and service. We were really impressed even with our higher expectations being used to Salted Edge. Went here for our wedding anniversary and we will definitely be back!
