The garlic steak appeared at our table at least ten times but the rib eye never made it even after asking for it. The better cuts of meet seem to be rationed. Nevertheless, lots of food to eat and reasonably good service.

Used to love this restaurant, but service last night was beyond bad, it was non-existent! We were so excited to take our families there but were sorely disappointed. The hostess was rude, the servers had to be asked repeatedly whenever we needed something and were overall disinterested!

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Complete chaos upon walking in, nobody seemed to be in charge of what was going on. Waited 25 minutes beyond our reservation time. Salad bar was not properly stocked, as many items were empty or near empty. Soup was tasteless and cold. Servers were sparse, not to be found. Most importantly, the overall quality of the food was at best, very very average. Had to wait for the "Gauchos" to come around and provide additional servings of the meat/chicken/lamb. Lamb was way undercooked, extremely pink almost throughout. $65.00 per person for crap! There is absolutely no compelling reason to return to this restaurant. It was our first and last visit.

Run. No point in making a reservation with a child, they sit all children outside. We waited 45 minutes for a plate / card to have our “service” begin. We were forgotten about the entire time with three different waitresses checking on us.. received the wrong bill. We were there for a total of three hours. Which should’ve only been a dining experience of 30 minutes. Worst Brazilian steakhouse in the Chicagoland area. Go somewhere else!

First time there on Father's day. While service and food are ok, restaurant is way too packed with limited room for customers and gauchos to walk around. Got hit on the head by a server holding the tray. The walkway are just too narrow in between tables.

Was hoping for so much more from this new location. We love a good Brazilian Steakhouse and have been hoping for one in the area since Texas de Brazil has gone to the tube. The restaurant itself is very pretty and nicely decorated. Sadly, that was about all it had to offer. The salad bar is a joke in terms of the standard that is expected at these types of steakhouses. It was crammed into the middle of the restaurant and has very horrible flow to it. The dishes are sub par and when we were there we VERY picked over and many empty dishes. The quality of the food on the salad bar was low and not impressive. TdB has a much nicer salad bar. The restaurant has a multiple server system where each table is taken care of by multiple servers. This sounds like a good idea in theory but in actuality all it did was cause confusion between servers as to what has been ordered or delivered already and constant interruptions since one server did not know what another server has already taken care of. We order the Wagyu Ribeye for the table and a couple sides. The sides came out about 20 minutes before the steak and needed to be sent back. Once the steak finally came out we had to get the sides re-ordered and when they came out they were incorrect and we had to ask them to remove those items from the bill. I understand the restaurant is new to the area but it was PACKED to the point you could hardly move much less hear the people talking to you at your own table. The noise level between patrons and the music was overwhelming. Overall we spent almost $300 and did not enjoy the experience that we were hoping for out of this new location.

We celebrated Father’s Day a day early and what a great time! All of the staff were attentive and amazing- especially Tess and Christopher. The meats are seasoned well and we decided to try the Papaya Cream for dessert- blended papaya with vanilla ice cream, a great way to end the dinner.

Visited for brunch on June 14 as an early Father’s Day celebration. Always enjoy my time when visiting a Fogo de Chao. This locations set up was intimate but didn’t feel too packed. Amazing food as always. All employees really went above and beyond for us, special thanks for Jackie and Alexander for their attentiveness. Only sad that I didn’t catch everyone else’s names! Thank for you taking good care of us.
