   Wow! What a great debut! This may be my new favorite restaurant in Tampa Bay. Elegant decor and ambiance with superior service and a delicious menu.

   Beautiful restaurant and the food was cooked perfectly. The only two downsides to this restaurant was the music was played too loud in the dining room.. I think it might be controlled from the reception area because the music is lower there, but in the dining room, it was loud I couldn’t hear my server, and I’m not old. And the prices the prices were very high I thought

   Great food and atmosphere with reasonable prices. Only problem was slow service for drinks at the bar and ok at the table nice details like a glass of prosecco as a welcome drink

   It’s a safe, well executed menu concept such that there’s something for everyone. Follow your server’s advice and share plates as the menu is designed. The service was excellent on the second day of service. The environment is easily the most beautiful in Tampa Bay. This is a proper restaurant designed by some of the best in the business (Boka Group & Rockwell Group). Arrive a few minutes before your reservation to enjoy the bar, and order a signature cocktail. You should order dessert here too.

   Wow, wow, wow— what an amazing add to downtown St. Pete food scene! The space is incredibly and impeccably beautiful with such a special nod to our sweet, historic St. Pete. For opening week, service was a well dialed in experience and totally flawless! The food from appetizers to mains was flavorful and delicious. We will be back often!

   Dining at Elliot & Aster was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance set the tone — warm lighting, elegant interiors, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to linger just a little longer. The cherry on top? A stunning view of the dinning room glowing magnificently in the evening light — a perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. We started with the salumi, a rich and deeply flavorful dish that showcased the chef’s attention to tradition and detail. It was followed by an amazing filet — perfectly cooked, tender, and seasoned to perfection. Every bite melted in the mouth. The meatballs were a surprise standout: hearty, juicy, and full of character, clearly made with care. And the tortellini, Delicate, fresh, and wonderfully balanced, served in a sauce that made us want to ask for more bread to soak up every last drop. Elliot & Aster isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a place to experience. With standout dishes, attentive service, and a setting that highlights the best of St. Petersburg charm, this spot is a new favorite. Highly recommended for both a romantic night out or a refined evening with friends.

   Elliot Aster is outstanding! The menu is thoughtful and all our dishes were next level. The staff are attentive and every detail thought put. We are so excited to have Elliot Aster in downtown St Pete!

   Best restaurant in Tampa Bay. Radiatore Alla Vodka has exceptional flavor with a warm finish that’s without a kick. Grouper melted in our mouths. Incredibly beautiful restaraunt in the flagship hotel in Pinellas county. Can’t wait to go back!!

    I really enjoyed the dining experience at Elliot Aster. I was not sure what to expect on Grand Opening night however I was pleased with the decor, ambiance, food, and outstanding service. I look forward to returning to Elliot Aster in the near future.
