   My husband and I both had the filet mignon, his with the au poivre sauce. I had the potatoes au gratin, he had the baked potato. Steaks were cooked perfectly. The potatoes au gratin were downright indulgent! Hubs confirmed the baked potato was cooked nicely as well. Served with asparagus, tender tender tender. I had the strawberry shortcake, he had the triple chocolate mousse. Food was out of this world for Pueblo - honestly one of my best dining experiences after living here for 5 years. I felt the plates were extremely reasonably priced and the dessert seemed slightly under-priced compared to the meal. Service was exceptional. We did go on a Monday evening so the restaurant wasn't super busy. 10/10 will be dining here again.

   We enjoyed our birthday dinner at Chop. The food was great. Service was ok. Seemed like the server had never waited on a table before. Everyone has to start somewhere so we didn't take offense We will go back. The steak and shrimp were very good. Good price for what we were served.

   Everything was outstanding. The food was exceptional. Great value for the money. The weight staff was awesome. The atmosphere was great. Will definitely be returning. We have the lobster tail, shrimp, and filet mignon. All of it was outstanding.

   Great steak, excellent service. Our only complaint was the chairs were uncomfortable. Chop needs to replace them or pad them.

   Our waitress obviously tried very hard, but it was clear that they were very understaffed that evening. We ordered the Wagyu experience, which the presentation with the flares was a little tacky and embarrassing. The Wagyu was overcooked; we ordered it medium rare, and it came medium well. Flavor was great however when you order Wagyu, you don’t expect it to come out almost well done.

   Our server was amazing! The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We were celebrating our real estate agents for their achievements in March, and everything from the service to the atmosphere made it a memorable experience. We felt welcomed and well taken care of—we’ll definitely be back!

   New steakhouse in Pueblo will rival any five star steakhouse. Service was great, quality of food was great and the price for what you got was reasonable! Located at the community college. That said was a very nice setting. You would not expect a high end restaurant in that location. Had the filet and shrimp with Oscar sauce and it Wes’s outstanding. I would easily compare it to Twenty one steak house in town or Trestel’s steak and seafood in Castle pines… only a bit less expensive. Under 100.00 for two of us plus tip. TJ was our server and was outstanding . Well worth your time!!!! Support a new treasure in our town. Open Mon-Sat for lunch and dinner.

   We had the "Chop" Experience which the presentation was pretty cool. Our steak was Introduced to us in an LED gold steak box, branded, and taken back to the kitchen and seared to perfect temperature. The salad was delicious and the homemade cocktails with premium wells made for a perfect night... try it out, right inside the student center located @ Pueblo Community College

    What an amazing meal! Chop is beautiful inside despite being located at PCC. The waitstaff had very nice uniforms and did an amazing job! The food was incredible and their specialty drinks were delicious plus the presentation was beautiful! Prices were very reasonable! What a great steakhouse!
